B&B Il Casale di Nanni

This was a great place to stay The pool and garden were great in the summer heat. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit eggs bacon toast yoghurt and great coffee A short drive to the walled city of Lucca where parking was easy. The staff were really nice and the place very clean. Wifi was good. Safe parking at the BnB. Great value for the cheap price

One of the worst rooms we ever had. When people walked the stairs or were talking it sounded as if they were in your room. Everything is old and almost falling apart. The room creaks when you walk through it. The airco didn’t work and looked like it hadn’t for years. The only plus is the pool but we had bad weather so we couldn’t use it. Would not recommend, and definitely not 4,5 out of 5.

We booked a suite and when we arrived cats were roaming around the property freely, no one told us this and if you have any kind of allergy then no way you could stay here!!! Hosts were fine but then we were shown our room, 3 floors to climb, fine that is if the lighting was ok as the floors were stone and uneven. When shown to our Suite we were pretty shocked!!! On entering we could hardly get in as four poster bed, stupid idea considering the size of room. The bathroom, if that is what they called it was a joke!!! You could just get in to it and taking a shower was a challenge and I am small and I found it hard. Then the terrace, 2 handmade wooden steps up to it then another step, this itself is dangerous and I am surprised no one has had a bad accident!!! Also the breakfast was supposed to be included which was but believe me with the cats roaming around, bee’s everywhere you would wish that you did not bother. For the price we paid I would say to anyone DO NOT GO!!! Pool area is not what it looks like in photos either so another black mark. We could not wait to leave!!! The only positive was that our rooms and towels were changed daily. Owners do breakfast then off they go leaving keys in plastic bags on door for guests to check in. They come back for a few hours later on but then leave at 7pm.

What a charming B&B. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable beds with a good working shower. Lovely pool and gardens to relax in. Walking into town takes about 15 mins and taxis are easily bookable. Not ideal for disabled people due to lots of stairs.

B&B accogliente, pulitissimo , silenzioso ad una distanza accettabile dal centro di Lucca. Personale disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Abbiamo alloggiato con il cane di taglia media, ci hanno dato il telo e hanno messo a disposizione un area per farlo giocare libero. Veramente soddisfatti del posto

Siamo stati x un weekend con amici, che dire tutto perfetto staff eccellente torneremo sicuramente aaaa dimenticavo ottima colazione ,e la signora è davvero un persona simpatica e solare accogliente in estate hanno pure una grande piscina

L endroit est toujours parfait! L âme de l ancienne propriétaire est présente. La chambre est plus que confortable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Le personnel est d une grande serviabilité et gentillesse Nous reviendrons Merci beaucoup

Buona colazione, sia dolce che salata, non a buffet ma servita al tavolo. Personale molto gentile. Camera al terzo piano, non molto comoda, buona pulizia. All’esterno ottima piscina con giardino. A 15’ a piedi dalle mura di Lucca, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi
