酒店位置很好，離高速不遠。房間乾淨整潔，1.8米的床，很舒適，房間面積很大。去鹽湖城路過這裏。性價比比較高。微波爐是大功率的，還有冰箱。整體滿意。沒有早餐，這個價格很划算。

滿意，很寬敞

No soap to wash hands or bathe. Amenities have gone cheaper. No makeup remover towelettes. No lotion. Carpet torn in room. Breakfast has gotten bad. Fruit has gotten cheap. Bread was old and hard. Toaster didn't work.

Staff very friendly and professional. Rooms were large and clean. The only criticism I have (and this may sound silly) was that the toilets were very small and only came up to about a foot off the floor. No handrails or anything to help you pull yourself up. Very awkward. Especially for the older guests.

We asked for a late check out on Sunday. We asked what was the latest we could stay ache the clerk at the front desk asked her co-worker abs she said at 1. Housekeeping came at 10 and started knocking on the door. Later the maintenace man was at the door again trying to open it with his digital key programmer. I told them AGAIN, that we had asked for a late check out. No sooner than he left, front desk was calling to tell us that we needed to leave. We stayed at this hotel because we have had good services elsewhere with this chain but not in Lubbock. We don't know if we will use your business in the future.

Typical room, modern nothing fancy. The ceiling tile was stained from rain I would imagine, as we stayed on the top floor.

The hotel was very clean and smelled nice. Lubbock has a lack of good quality hotels for a decent price. This one was great!

The room was nice and roomy did not like the pool and hot tub was not open and had to go next door

The bed was absolutely awful. I had to sleep at the end of the bed to get any kind of comfort while trying to sleep. I could feel the mattress springs! The shower water pressure was lacking. I don’t know how this hotel has such high ratings!?

I felt like I was in a five-star hotel: exceptionally clean room, very nice facilities, good breakfast, and courteous and professional staff. The curtains actually block all the light and I couldn't hear any road noise inside my room. The hotel is nearby many restaurants and grocery stores. I would stay here again without hesitation. Two minor improvements: a red light and an extractor fan in the bathroom.

Great stay! Price, Cleanliness & Location were all up to par! Guest service desk was prepared when we arrived making check-in smooth & easy.

Bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since prior guest. There were dirty towels and used q tips on floor. Breakfast ended at 1030 but food ran out at 930 and was not replenished. Staff was friendly.

Great hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was not good but what can you really expect from a hotel.

Sliding shower doors were replaced with a shower curtain. Not a terrible idea, just a crappy installation. Nighttime front desk lady was very rude. Morning breakfast was a joke. Rock hard biscuits. Watered down OJ.
