It. Is just okay for me.

Nice beautiful hotel, centrally located, breakfast selection was a bit limited.

The front desk was super rude to us implying that we didn’t belong here. The lobby is separated from the actually rooms. We had to walk down the street. Very deceiving. The lobby was really nice but the rooms were just ok. Not worth the value for me and the service is poor.

Top location. Will book again but little pricy. Breakfast ok but simple and so is the service.

The location is fantastic - one of the best in all of LP. Room was big, clean and well-appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Service was well-intended, but staff were not really well enough trained to handle issues or special requests effectively. The restaurant was average at best, especially when compared to the value for money available almost everywhere else.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location! We had a nice spacious room and they were very accommodating. It was easy to extend our stay and keep the same room.

麻雀雖小，五臟俱全！ 地理位置超級優越 在琅勃拉邦小學邊上， 清晨佈施必經之路 離香通寺不遠，離神佛寺很近 街對面都是高檔商店 這家酒店好像衹有五間客房，是以前的法式別墅 但是沒見客房都不小，都是套房類型 價格還不貴 性價比很高； 服務員都非常熱情，服務態度很好 前台有個小妹妹英文不是太好，略帶青澀，但也極盡所能為我們解決問題。 早餐很豐盛，可以從五六種亞洲、美式、歐式、本地菜裏選擇。 酒店外觀超美，幾乎所有經過這裏的人都會拍照。

優點：老牌酒店地理位置特別好，旁邊就是小學圖書館寺廟。 缺點：罄竹難書 裝修是20年前的，陳舊不堪，衞生間裏一股臭味，被子一股黴味，衞生間爬滿了螞蟻。 泳池大概就四米長，給小孩玩差不多了。 空調遙控器壞了，沒辦法調整温度，通知酒店過來修，他們的解決方案就是——把空調關了。 最後協商之下，答應第2天過來修，結果也沒修。 衞生也衹搞了房間，衞生間都沒收拾。

รู้สึกแย่มากกับการกระทำของทางโรงแรม เราจองเข้าพักผ่านแอบทริปมาที่โรงแรมในเมืองพอมาถีงเข้าเช็คอินกลับหลอกเราว่าห้องเต็ม(ก็งง..อยู่เหมือนกัน ว่าทางโรงแรมปล่อยให้เราจองมาได้อย่างไร พอเข้าไปดูในแอ็ปทางโรงแรมยังปล่อยให้จองเข้ามาอีกได้และwalk-inเข้ามาได้ แต่upราคาสูงขึ้น) และทางโรงแรมแก้ไขให้เราโดยปล่อยให้ทางเราไปอยู่รีสอทร์นอกเมือง และ บริการเรื่องรถรับ-ส่งก็ไม่มีความสะดวกเลย ทำให้ทริปเที่ยวครั้งนี้หงุดงิดและเซ็งมาก เสียความรู้สึก โปรแกรมที่เตรียมไว้เช่นตักบาตรข้าวเหนียว หรือเที่ยวสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและตลาดในเมือง อดไปตามโปรแกรมที่ตั้งไว้ ในอนาคตขออย่าให้นักท่องเที่ยวหรือผู้เดินทางอย่าได้พบเจอแบบเราอีกเลย(รายละเอียดที่เราโดนกระทำยังมีอีกเยอะแต่เราขอแจ้งคราวๆเพียงเท่านี้ครับ)

離洋人街很近，出行非常方便，同時離香通寺，夜市都很近，地理位置優越，房間也很安靜，唯一不足是因為連住5天，所以每天早餐都是一樣的，就顯得有些boring！
