Average Stay with Poor Staff Service**   The hotel’s location is quite convenient, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the staff service was very disappointing. The attitude was unfriendly, and requests were handled slowly or ignored. Better customer service would greatly improve the experience.  The biggest issue was the payment confusion. I had already **pre-paid my booking through Trip.com**, but upon arrival, the hotel insisted I pay again

The hotel is a bit off the road where the night market is, but only a 15 minute walk away and has some good restaurants around the corner. The hotel owner is nice, overall the room was okay but the beds were super hard and uncomfortable. Luckily we only had one night and wouldn't have liked to have stayed more than one night. Otherwise it was clean, the shower was really good and the location was quiet. For one night it's OK for the price.

This hotel was amazing, the owner was very accommodating and helpful during my stay even dropping me off at a nearby gym. Although there is a smell of cigarettes from other travellers smoking which can be annoying if you dislike the smell of tobacco.

Good for hostel style, private room was small but ok. The pool was nice, as was the overall atmosphere. Surprisingly very quiet at night. I ended up staying 4 nights.

The hotel is right next to the main road. There is endless noise from morning to night. The shower water temperature is hot and cold, be careful not to get burned!!! There is no TV in the room, anyway, it is different from the pictures.

Overall it was a good stay. I stayed in a corner room with a double bed and a terrace for 3 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a wall next to the building, but the terrace overlooked the other vacant lot, giving it a sense of openness. Payment was required on the spot, but I didn't have any money on hand so they kindly accepted my payment later. No credit cards accepted. There are a few affordable restaurants and markets nearby. It's less than 30 minutes walk to the main Mekong River, but it seemed like there were not many Chinese tour tourists in this area. It's nice that the area has many stylish cafes along the tributaries.

The boss is Chinese and the front desk is staffed by locals, but the front desk is often empty. But the service attitude is still very good. The room facilities are relatively old and the bed is very hard, which is not suitable for people who are not used to sleeping on hard beds. But because the price is very affordable and the location is not bad, it is about 15 minutes to the foreigner street and the place of donation. The overall cost performance is still acceptable.

The room is clean and tidy, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The boss is Chinese and the service is very good. He also helped us upgrade the room for free. The transportation is convenient. It is not far from Foreigner Street, Night Market, and Mount Phu Si. It is within walking distance. You can also rent a motorcycle from the boss. It is cheap and fast. Overall, it is a very comfortable accommodation experience!

The hotel is located in the city center, ten minutes away from famous attractions. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around. Turn right from the hotel and there is a steamed bun shop run by a Shandong native. Youtiao, soy milk, and freshly made steamed buns are all available at affordable prices. The hotel room is very clean. The boss of the hotel is Chinese, very polite and responsive. The hotel can also provide various services, such as car rental, phone cards and other services. I will stay in this hotel next time in Luang Prabang.

The hotel is here and you can see it. There are also surprises. Overall, I like this hotel very much. It is unforgettable and I want to go again. As I said just now, I didn't see the Chinese guy. When I booked it, it was only because there were not many people who could cancel it temporarily. This one can. I only saw a young Lao couple. They didn't talk much and they were very nice. This is common in Laos. People are basically friendly and sincere. The balcony and large wood of the hotel give people a sense of Southeast Asia and a special travel feeling, which is very different from domestic hotels. The refrigerator is extremely useful. Everyone must try Lao fruit drinks when you go there. It tastes better when you chill it. Speaking of surprises, some comments saying that the opposite side is Phu Si Mountain are wrong, it should be the side, you can see it at a glance, so how to get there, go uphill towards Phu Si Mountain, turn, and turn again to reach Foreigner Street (a multifunctional street, where major attractions such as early morning alms, Lao hot pot, night market, morning market, Grand Palace, Big Buddha Temple, etc. are all here). But don't ignore this section of road, there are not only food and drink, gold and silver antique shops, massage, but also the largest supermarket DT. However, I think the AB supermarket diagonally opposite this hotel is better. DT has some souvenirs for tourists, and other than that, the things in AB are not all new, especially Lao coffee, Southeast Asian cosmeceuticals, etc., while AB is in this hotel. Opposite the hotel, I still haven't found out the name of the Buddhist temple next to the hotel, but the prices of the souvenir stalls there are very good. Overall, it is good to buy things at the night market. If you have enough time, the price depends on how you bargain. But the price is better than the night market in the morning market, but there are fewer things, so it is likely that the price is lower than the morning market at the stalls near the tourist attractions. This is a little different, right? It is precisely because people buy things at the night market. If you try it, you will know that the stalls are easier to bargain. The one with particularly good goods is the big temple next to the hotel. There should be two next to each other, one is Maifo Temple. I will check it later, and the colorful lights of the Buddhist temple are particularly beautiful at night. I will try to stay there again. Please support me. I am reluctant to leave.

The road outside this hotel faces Mount Phousi, and is within a 20-minute walk of famous attractions such as the Royal Palace of Luang Prabang and Wat Thong Huong.
