"If you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return."

"A decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap. No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states. Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket. No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow. The staff were helpful and friendly. A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid."

"Excellent value for money. We used it for one night before our flight as our beach hotel was unavailable. We used Uber to get around, which was convenient and cheap. The breakfast was good, which was a bonus."

"It was an ok resort- the adults only pool was heated and well maintained. People at the resort start saving lounge chairs at  6 am which is annoying as hell. The food was decent- especially the Mexican food was well seasoned. The staff were mostly friendly. Music was crappy 80s soft rock but I guess that fit the clientele."

"The hotel has a long history and an excellent location. All rooms have views of the sea. You can see the sunrise on one side and the sunset on the other side. It is a great experience. Whether you go fishing, whale watching, or watch the sunrise and sunset, the yacht pier is a few hundred meters away from the hotel and can be easily reached on foot."
