"I stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind."

"Our stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short. The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way. We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience. The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity. Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience. Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room. Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much. In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo."

"This hotel is so unreasonable and shocking! Their floor-to-ceiling windows cannot be closed. The room we were given at the beginning was on the first floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened directly from inside and outside. Next door is a Mexican restaurant and bar (open to the public). Dangerous and drunk people can just punch in and leave through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Enter the room. When I confirmed with the hotel that the doors and windows could not be closed, I was shocked. I had never seen a design with such a low safety factor! The photos are nice, but the hardware details are not as good as the Waldorf Astoria where I stayed last time. There are restaurants and coffees around, and the location is convenient"

The menu was completely different from the one I saw on the app. The mixed drinks were terrible, as if they were made with the cheapest options. We tried several and all were terrible. The food, more or less, needs more variety on the menu. The staff was super friendly, and all the servers were extremely attentive and kind. They make a big difference between foreign and domestic guests, which I found quite disappointing. It's a good hotel and, above all, has a very good location."

"A lovely place to stay. We did a lot of exploring, and this place was a good hub for that (also close to the grocery store and restaurants). I felt a little off put when I was asked a few times to do the "time share" thing, as I felt like I was supposed to be done with that at the airport. That, and how the front door did not block any sound, and we woke up a couple of nights to people having a conversation right outside our door at 2-4AM. Other than that, everything was great and we were left to ourselves. Service was good, the pool area was nice."

"The transportation of this hotel is extremely inconvenient. You cannot use Uber after checking in. You must ask Bellman to call a taxi when going out for fun, which costs at least half as much as Uber. The hotel is located in a remote area, about an hour's drive from the airport. The overall facilities are relatively simple. In addition to the swimming pool, there are only a few activities to participate in. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, and the hotel environment is clean, but there are almost construction sites around. The "sea view room" we stayed in on the first night actually had a large construction site outside the window, and only a small corner could see the sea, which seriously affected our mood. After coordinating with the front desk for an hour, I was told that there was no room to change on the first night, and I could only try to arrange a room that could not see the construction site on the second night."

"Dirty towels (with traces of feces!), awful reception service by Natalia and not better by her manager, extremely slippery after the rain (and you don’t see where is slippery where is not, so I fall down several times!). Room cleaning staff is mega noisy. Restaurants got closed due to the rain - no breakfast nothing. So as good as the facility is (except the noise isolation), the hotel is a NO GO for me. And I’m someone who has stayed in 500+ hotels and own 4 smaller hotels myself."

No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states. Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket. No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow. The staff were helpful and friendly. A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid."

"Overall, my experience was positive. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast, while not offering a wide variety, was simple but tasty, perfect for starting the day. The customer service was excellent; the staff was attentive, friendly, and always available to meet my needs, which really added to the quality of my stay. In addition, the view from the rooftop was simply magnificent, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The elevator is also a plus, especially after a long day of walking. It's really convenient to be able to access your room easily when you're tired. The hotel's location is also perfect; it's close to everything, making it easy to quickly discover local attractions without having to travel too far. However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The electrical outlets didn't always work properly, which was a bit frustrating, and the soundproofing in the rooms leaves something to be desired. I could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms, which slightly affected my comfort. Overall, if you're looking for a conveniently located place with impeccable service in Los Cabos, the Colmena Marina Hotel is a good option!"

"This is a very clean hotel with reasonable rates in a safe neighborhood across the street from the beach. If it was on the beach, with no other changes, the rates would be double. There is a fantastic free breakfast every morning that is far better than you would expect. The pool Is small but very clean. The only downsides are it's right next to the highway on one side and construction is occurring on the other side of the highway. So there's some noise during the day. But that didn't bother me because you couldn't hear the noise inside. The hallways are quiet. This place isn't fancy, but I really enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend if you are busy with your own activities and want to skip the resort scene."
