Clean hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is quite good, very close to the getty museum. I went to the getty and saw the hotel from the balcony 😂 There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel too, very convenient

Great location with easy access to the 405, UCLA, and Getty Center. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was very attentive and food was excellent. Valet staff were timely and efficient. Would stay here again.

Good complementary Uber. Cool LED lights. Clean and comfy big bed.

Hotel is very accessible to West Side of L.A. Modern, upscale property with great views of Century City and downtown from the upper floors＞ Staff very accommodating and friendly, especially considering this is a "No Tipping" hotel. Highly recommed.

房間尚可，就是近公路吵得不行！酒店沒有接駁車去機場，但去附近的幾個地方可以免費乘Uber。工作人員也比較友好！餐廳17樓視野寬闊。在酒店房間能看到Getty中心，但走路還是到不了的，酒店可以用Uber 免費送你去，當然回程也可以，但需要電話與酒店約，為了減少麻煩，乘公交761點對點回酒店。酒店門口就有公交車站，去UCLA也很方便。

環境太吵，高速路噪音實在太大，應該換更好的隔音玻璃，洗浴水也不熱，面盆的水要麼很燙，要麼很冷，龍頭調節不了 服務態度還很一般，實在是近年來最糟糕的酒店

房間乾淨整潔，都很好。但是我自己帶的muji的浴巾不見了……還有洗好的2個nk……

衞生設施服務都沒有問題，停車費要40美元太貴，在訂房中也沒有顯示。按金200美元也沒有必要。

離蓋蒂中心和UCLA都很近，房間挺大，有個小陽台，但因臨近高速，所以打開門就比較吵

前台ARON感覺有點歧視華人，一副得瑟的樣子。有25美元的早餐券，早餐廳在17樓，比較貴。我們打包了2杯咖啡下樓喝了。

Pros: I liked the location of this hotel - very easy to get to UCLA either by freeway or back streets. Staff was very nice. cons: Loud - next to the freeway. I'd ask for a room in the back not facing the freeway. Restaurant has limited hours. No robe or updated walk-in shower as pictured. Can't park your car must do Valet - even though there is a parking lot. $40.00 a day.

Staff was great! Very comfortable. We had a room where you could hear traffic noise a bit but overall not too much of an issue.
