Hotel ini sungguh lelucon. Resepsionis William yang tidak profesional saat check-in dan manajer meja depan yang gendut yang jelas-jelas tidak memiliki akal sehat. Keduanya badut rasis yang langsung menerima tamu kulit putih dan membuat yang lain menunggu. Jangan buang-buang uang Anda di sini jika Anda harus menginap di sekitar LAX. Semua hotel bandara praktis bersebelahan satu sama lain, banyak pilihan yang lebih baik.

I loved the location so close to the airport after a long flight from China. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. The staff let us stay an hour past our regular check in time with no charge, which was also great service!

High ceilings. Windows don't open. Ac and heater lacks power. Although fitness center is good and breakfast is not worth the money

The room was very clean and spacious. It even had a dish washer and dishes that could be used. The breakfast was good and everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a laundry room for guest as well as a gym and pool. Nice property and it's well maintained.

The hotel still new and location not far from airport :) Not bad at all recommend to book

Definitely will be back. I love this hotel so much Room and other facilities are perfect, especially breakfast. It was amazing, served with Western style and plenty of choices Service for breakfast was friendly, really served with kind heart Shuttle bus service is excellent, I am so sad the next day didn't meet the driver who was very helpful , I still owed him a tips, which I plan to pass to him but he didn't show up the next day I feel so sorry The receptionist is always very busy , so it's takes quite a while for check out But overall, I love it Highly recommend

My booking said check-in after 3pm but they will let you wait til 4pm.

No car driveway. check in reception is quite slow. bad breakfast. room comfortable. not suitable for business use.

The second time I stayed here, it was a great hotel.

Hotel is close to LAX airport, new with high ceiling. Spacious and with a flight path view that can see take off. Noise is mostly shielded but with a bit heard when flight take off. Staff are ok with good response.

For business trip.the breakfast is simple.others seems ok
