The room and facilities were very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The neighborhood had a lot of homeless people making noise during the night. Also, the automatic lights in the room were annoying - the bathroom light went off when I was showering. But overall a nice big room and decent value.

Really nice place, great building, friendly staff, good location... and am offensive check-in system that required that I upload a ton of information (3D facial scans!), download an app, and generally divulge about as much personal information as it takes to get a visa to a foreign country. Plus a keypad on the front door that leaves you on the street trying to get in for longer than you might like late at night in that area. Los Angeles is full of nice aparthotels that don't have this insane data-harvesting model.

Our 6 night stay was great! The building was very secure, in a great location. Walking distance to a grocery store so we could grab whatever we needed. There were a few things we were disappointed with, such as, the lack of air conditioning, the windows are original to the building, so we could hear everything on the street, and the constant helicopter activity during the night. We were able to remedy this with the complimentary sound machine, but it was still an inconvenience. The water pressure/ shower head could be better. But all in all, we would definitely stay here again! The staff were very friendly and very responsive.

The hotel was amazing! So easy to check in and out! Just the area around the hotel, I mean it’s in DTLA so didn’t expect any different. But once you’re inside the property it’s like another universe!

One of the most modern, comfortable and affordable properties in downtown Los Angeles. Great amenities. The only thing I didn’t like is that they don't have parking onsite. However, everything else made up for that.

We loved our stay at Sonder the Winfield. We arrived early and there were lockers on the 3rd floor to store our bags and a nice outdoor area and sitting area on the 5th floor to wait for our room to be ready.
The size of our room was a pleasant surprise! 2 full bathrooms, kitchen area and a large bedroom area with king bed. The bed was the best part, so comfortable!!
Hotel was extremely clean and front desk staff / security were very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again if in the downtown LA area again.
