Setelah saya tiba, saya berdiri di lobi 15 menit, yang tidak buruk bagi saya. Namun ketika wanita muda itu muncul, dia menatapku, seolah-olah dia mengatakan "bicara". Saya bilang saya punya reservasi dan dengan kasar dia menjawab, “Oke? Nama?". Saya menundukkan kepala dan berdoa kemudian. Bagian luar gedung berantakan tetapi begitu dia memberi saya kunci saya dan saya naik, kamarnya bahkan belum dibersihkan. Sampah masih ada dan seprai ada di sofa. Saya meneleponnya dan dia berkata baik, turunlah dan kami akan menempatkan Anda di kamar yang bersih, jadi saya melakukannya. Dia memberi saya kamar dengan dua tempat tidur penuh bukan raja yang saya butuhkan untuk kunjungan ini dengan suami saya. Saya hanya menyimpannya tetapi tidak menghias hiasannya karena pakaian orang lain masih berada di antara meja dan dudukan tv. Saya mencoba untuk mandi tetapi tidak ada handuk, saya harus mengambilnya .. dan dia meninggalkannya di konter untuk saya. Keesokan harinya suami saya ingin tinggal satu hari lagi tetapi air di sana terputus dari jam 10 pagi sampai jam 11 malam malam itu. Tidak ada yang berjalan sesuai rencana hari itu dan kunjungan hotel membuatnya lebih buruk! ! ! ! Saya tidak akan pernah mengunjungi lokasi ini lagi.

I have stayed at this location many times in the past. Property has always been a little outdated with the furnishings in the rooms. But has always been a clean place. When you walked through the halls or lobby it always had a clean smell. However, my last stay was not this way the room had several issues with cleanliness in the bathroom as well as stains on the furnishings. Also had a light bulb that was not working in the bathroom that would continuously turn off and on similar to a strobe. I alerted the staff but never received a visit to the room or response. Also I assume the construction crew that was remodeling the hotel was also staying there because there was a lot of folks hanging out in the hallway and a strong food odor coming from a nearby room.

Roach roaches roaches Roaches. Only the first floor was open because floor 2 and 3 are getting “renovated” no parking Because there’s material and supplies stacked in most of the parking spots. Room has roaches and the walkway was full of dirt and pieces of sheet rock everywhere. Very hazardous. They should NOT be opened right now

No where online did it say they we’re remodeling the property! I was very disappointed to know the gym wasn’t available, which also was not mentioned online either! The sheets were dirty and the bed very uncomfortable . There should definitely be a warning or just a notice about the cleanliness and smell before booking and arrival! ( I booked with third party so I had to stay one night ) .

Mattress was rip off and everything around was so bad condition. It’s getting renovated but they said those rooms were not available

Our room was nice, but the hotel in general is in desperate need of the remodel that is currently underway. The staff is friendly and responsive. It should be really nice after they finish the remodel, but it is a little rough right now.

I hate doing reviews. However, the people are nice and I did enjoy my stay. I would suggest a broiler oven for customers to warm leftover sandwiches.

The TV didn’t work. The phone didn’t work and had cheese all on it. The tub was dirty. The room stuck. The couch was badly stained

I killed 4 roaches in the hotel room. The TV didn’t work. There was one light that worked in the entire hotel room.
