"Although it's called a hotel, I'd say it's more like a guesthouse or B&B. Because it's labeled a hotel, my expectations dropped significantly after checking in. I booked a two-bedroom apartment for 1000 RMB during Chinese New Year, and honestly, I don't think it was worth it. The plunge pool on the balcony is tiny, basically the size of a bathtub. On the bright side, I saw them change the water in the public hot spring pool in the morning. The soundproofing in the room isn't great; I could hear the sound of the pool filling up downstairs."

Transportasinya nyaman, tidak jauh dari jalan tol, namun saat ini sedang ada pembangunan jalan di luar hotel dan asap mengepul. Kalau jalan sudah diperbaiki dan taman tahap ketiga dibuka, saya akan datang lagi ."

Because I wanted to decorate the room and have cake issues, I called the hotel housekeeper, Ms. Deng, who was very enthusiastic and helped me solve all the problems. I was given a warm welcome when I arrived and I really appreciate it as he helped me solve a lot of problems and was very attentive in explaining the room facilities and the hotel. Although this hotel is far away, it is still worth a trip. The birthday decoration in the room is really beautiful, the room is large and very clean. And having a private soup all by yourself is really great. Hotel food can also be delivered to the room. This mahjong machine is not included in the hotel, we borrowed it separately. "

"Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, relaxing in the mountains is truly wonderful. Our family of four (👨👩👧👦) had a great time; the kids weren't bored at all, as there was a dog and a cat to play with. They were both very well-behaved and friendly towards children, who especially loved them ❤️. There was a small reading corner where my son could easily spend an entire afternoon, while my active daughter enjoyed playing soccer on the grass ⚽️. The staff were all very nice, and the dinner at the guesthouse was delicious 😋. The environment was beautiful, natural, and peaceful. We enjoyed fishing 🎣, exploring the stream, and watching movies outdoors in the evening 🎬. Oh, and there was also some really wild outdoor fitness equipment 😝. We'll definitely come back next time!"

However, the sound insulation of the room is very poor, and it will feel noisy if someone walks by outside. The shower room is very small, the water pressure is also very low, and it takes a long time for hot water to come out (each room has a small electric water heater hung on the balcony). It is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. You have to borrow the hot springs and swimming pool from the hotel next door, which takes about eight minutes to walk. The surrounding signal is very poor, and there is no signal in the parking lot. Good breakfast"

"Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service."
