I contacted the front desk after midnight to complain, and they didn't even reply until past 2 AM. Is that how they handle issues? This place is not fit for humans; it doesn't meet basic hotel or rest standards. Anyone who stays here is getting ripped off big time! Minus one hundred out of ten!"

"Traveling during the Qingming Festival, we managed to avoid the heavy rain and arrived in Longmen. A big thank you to Joan for the thoughtful arrangements. As a Gold member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a suite. We brought our dog, and the hotel is pet-friendly, with a 250 RMB cleaning fee. The hotel was almost fully booked, so it was quite crowded. I regret not bringing a swimsuit and missing out on the hot springs."
