I called the hotel in advance and they said they would provide free pick-up and drop-off in the county town, so I booked a hotel car to pick me up at the high-speed rail station. The driver was very enthusiastic and introduced some good local attractions and specialties. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of the county town, which is very convenient for travel and dining. The girl at the front desk provided very good service and upgraded my room for free. The room was very clean, the facilities and equipment were relatively new, and the Bluetooth speaker worked well. The breakfast was also very rich, recommended!"

"Absolutely recommend this stay. 💯💯💯 We only had 3 nights to stay here but every night was really comfy. The place is 3 years old, yet it looks almost brand new. The beautiful lady boss and her sister are both very welcoming, together with their cute little dog, Qi Bao. Clean, tidy, well-maintained and serene. The immediate area is almost vacant after Covid but just a short stroll and you'll find a small restaurant that serves good food, and Cotti coffee and luckin coffee nearby. Take a slightly longer walk and you'll find even more stores and street food along the main road (where the condos are). Lady boss' sister gave us a lot of recommendation for the good food to try in the area. She also whips up amazing breakfast every morning and took us to beef noodles on our last morning. There's no lack of places to take lovely photos in the area, and there's also a suspension bridge that you can walk for a little adventure. Cab to city center is about half an hour and rides are very affordable. Highly recommend Qiyu for anyone that wants a getaway from the bustling city! I took the room with the big round bed, really spacious! And there's Bluetooth speaker built into the ceiling. No cigarette smell (a super plus for me, because I was staying at a hotel prior and there's terrible cigarette smell). There's also a tea area to chill at just below my room, a beautiful bar in the basement, and a karaoke room (additional charges apply)"

The second time I stayed in the room, there was not enough mineral water, so I went to the front desk to ask for it. The front desk said there were only 2 free bottles and they couldn't give it to me. There was no water dispenser in the public area, and they even said nice things to ask the waiter to come to the office to pour me a cup of hot water. It's still a mid- to high-end hotel. It's so embarrassing for the guests in the room to have no water to drink. I will never stay in this hotel again. Bad review, very bad review, very bad review"
