After getting out of the airport, take the bus and arrive at the entrance of the hotel very quickly. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, the environment is good, the facilities are complete, there is a restaurant downstairs where you can eat, and there is a McDonald's nearby. It is a good choice to stay here for the first night after getting off the plane

Stayed here a night before a departure from Heathrow T5. The location is excellent, easy to get to by road from the M25 and plenty of parking. The hotel on the outside looked a somewhat run down affair but internally, although it was a little bit tired in places, was certainly clean and comfortable. A good choice of food in the restaurant, served up fresh to order and a nice size bar area to relax in was a bonus. Breakfast was good value and set us up well for our travels. Access to T5 is by the automatic pod service (cost £8.00) which is accessible from a collection point a few minutes walk (flat ie no steps or lifts) from the hotel, this is a 10min, extremely convenient ride straight to T5.

The hotel is located in Heathrow Terminal 4 which is assessable by free shuttle train / free bus. the free shuttle train takes at least 30 minutes to travel from/ to Terminal 3. Also, it operates only from around 5:45 in the morning so you need to take the free bus which takes even longer

Service great from checking in to check out. Excellent Service, good variety on breakfast. Would use again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable.

This hotel is spectacular, I really enjoyed being in this hotel, the guy at reception was very polite and helpful, great cleaning ❤️ I really loved being here

Heathrow has always been tricky in terms of finding a good hotel pre-flight but despite not being the Ritz, the Styles hotel is very good indeed, especially at the Trip price. The room had everything for a comfortable night sleep, breakfast ( in the price) was first class and the staff were very helpful. Sipson is very close to the airport. Bus stop right outside. Two stops to T3. Don’t waste your money on a taxi! We will be back for sure.

Excellent hotel & convenient for Heathrow.Upgraded to airport runway view for no extra charge.1st time used this hotel but it will be my number one choice from now on when travelling from LHR.
