Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

The service was excellent. It was clean and I enjoyed my stay at premiere inn. Walked to the airport using the bridge and that was really helpful and really thoughtful. I will definitely book it again. The bar service was amazing

Hotel is connected to Heathrow T4 by a covered walkway. Not too easy to find this when arriving at the terminal by underground, the entrance is in the departures floor. Hotel room was spacious. The bed was two singles put together which left a small gap between the two mattresses, but not a huge issue.

A little bit far from center (30 min drive) but hotel is very cosy. There is a bath tub in bathroom and that’s an advantage. Room Is clean and nice. Bed is high and quite comfortable. Kettle and tea/coffee are available, hair dryer is also there. But hotel has some huge disadvantage: If you come by car you can’t be sure to have a parking place even though the parking place fee is 20£ per day. Hotel shows a warning that amount of places is limited but payment opportunity is unlimited, so just pay and hope to find a place. Our first night after going out for a walk we couldn’t find a place after coming back to hotel. Another disgusting thing is a fee for using wifi which is quite not cheap. Even the hotel is 3stars rate but these days money for the work is not a nice thing .

It was a good stay for us and it is so convenient to us as we departed from Terminal 4 which is only a distance away. Highly recommended to others.The place was very clean too.

The soundproof windows were amazing, I couldn't hear a nuclear bomb if it went off outside.

Very clean and tidy room. Walk 5min to T4 through walkway from level2. Easy checkin and check out process. 10.5£ for buffet breakfast. Very slow Wifi and no connection sometimes😟

The hotel is easily accessible from the terminal. There’s a walkway connected from the terminal to the hotel. I had no knowledge about this at first so I ended up getting on a bus (as I had only one luggage) to reach the hotel, but the walkway is way easier and super convenient to get to the airport/hotel without any hassles (If you travel light, I really wouldn’t recommend using a taxi as the hotel is super close to the airport). You can access this passageway from the 2nd fl of the hotel via using a lift and if you are coming from the airport, you can find the entrance to the passageway from the departure floor. The room was spacious and sheets were clean without any stains or spots. The view wasn’t that great as all I could see from my window were windows of other rooms, but I was here for a good rest so I was okay. I already booked this hotel again for my upcoming trip as I really enjoyed the services and the facilities of Premier Inn. (The place has spacious Costa café& restaurant/bar. Also, the breakfast buffet was at a very reasonable price.)

Very nice and the location is extremely good which is just connected with terminal 4 and can be reached on foot. A very happy stay at Premier Inn Hotel.

I had a long layover with a fractured foot, so I booked this room. Room was clean, soft bed and pillows. However no toothbrushes, slippers or bottled water. The hotel is really close to Terminal 4. Not convenient as I was flying from Terminal 5, but convenient enough that it's accessible via the airport. I had to call twice for more tea overnight, however a staff member in the morning helped me get wheelchair assistance from the airport when the scheduled pick up didn't happen. Overall, still pricey I think for what it's worth.
