Room was a bit small, perfect for families traveling of 3. The first room given to us had small flying pests and we requested a different room which was cleaner. Hotel was a bit older and the shower was slow to drain. The hotel had no cool air as the weather outside was about 50F so it was pretty warm, we had to open the windows to let the cool air come in, but was very noisy from the traffic with open windows. Coming from LA we prefer the room temp to be around 65F and it was about 74F which was too warm for us. Breakfast was good, overall a good trip.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. It has spacious windows with scenic views and excellent lighting. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there's a washer-dryer available. The room is modern and clean. The Tower of London and ferry terminal are right next door, and there's a bus stop nearby for visiting places like museums and other distant locations. convenient location with walking distance to Shepherd Bush’s Mash station and Big shopping mall Westfield. Impressive lobby deco and good reception service. However, it should be great if there is cleaner carpet and freezer facility in the room. The phone was not working to connect room service team and I had to visit the reception in person for service request .

I'd not personally booked an accessible hotel room before but with this I didn't feel judged or anything for my invisible disabilities when checking in. It was amazing being able to sit on a chair with the rain shower right above my head. The shower was a large walk in one. The room was a short walk from the lifts, a lot of others I have to walk a bit of a distance to my room so this was another plus. Clean, comfy room with all that was needed for our short stay including a mini fridge with water waiting for us when we arrived.. My friend and I really enjoyed the pool and saunarium where we used a jet stream to make the swim more of a challenge. It's something I'd love to use a lot since my arthritis makes working out difficult. The saunarium wasn't as dry as saunas I've been to so I could stay in longer, I could've even fallen asleep in there 😆 All staff we encountered were very friendly. Great location close to nice restaurants and the o2.

Great location and a suitably welcoming reception, but the hotel room itself was very average, and felt a little dated. To be honest, this could well have been a Premier Inn once you got your key - you certainly wouldn't want to spend any more time in the room than you had to! The shower fired horizontally (curious...), and everything just felt a tired. Ultimately, we stayed there because it was cheap, so we can't complain, but I was hoping a Hilton Double Tree might be a 'step up'. If your main concern is location/cost, you'll be well satisfied. If you want luxury though, you'd be better placed going elsewhere.

The location is very convenient. It is very close to King's Cross Railway Station or subway. The room is not large and there is no small refrigerator. If you live in the lobby, you will hear loud noises at night, the wifi speed is a bit slow, and if you leave your luggage for more than 24 Hours need to go to a specific website to make an appointment.

The hotel was centrally located. I enjoyed the leisure facilities. The staff in the bar and restaurant were lovely. However, the room decor was tired and the carpet was smelly. On the morning I was due to leave (check out was 12pm) I was trying to have a lie in and was woken by housekeeping trying to get into my room on 3 separate occasions between 8.30 and 9am. I would have thought that all rooms with guests due to check out would be cleaned after the guest had checked out and not while they were in bed? After all this, the TV came on with the welcome message, of its own accord, just after 9am, lighting up the room. So much for my lie in!!!
