What can I say right from the moment of stepping through the doors we were welcomed with a glass of fizz and treated amazingly by the staff. The rooms are amazing and the pillows are just Devine. Perfect location for exploring, we had an excellent stay. I will be returning!

I could not rate this place highly enough. The staff were friendly and they upgraded us which was such amazing experience. I would happily stay here again, a perfect stay to make our anniversary that bit more special. The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable.

The staff are wonderful, thoughtful accommodating and kind, nothing is too much trouble. We arrived to a special plate of cakes, balloons and bubbles for my birthday. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed and pillows sumptuous. Breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety of choices . The area was really handy for all sorts of things including Spitafields market. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A great hotel with quirky yet fabulous decor. Our room was absolutely quiet and had everything and more than we needed. Gorgeous pre dinner cocktails but we were charged £10 on checking out for them being served to us in the bar! Breakfast was good although service, whilst we were early and it was quiet, was slow. I will recommend and will probably return

Absolutely Gorgeous Hotel, and the cherry on top was definitely the staff, so nice, courteous, attentive to every detail! Perfect location, we rented bikes (right outside the front door) and got to know so many areas of London! The area also offers tons of Pub, restaurants and shopping, really perfect! We would recommend and we’ll be back for sure!

The Sun Street Hotel is a boutique hotel that is comfortable, beautifully decorated, with excellent service and great food. What more could you ask? This is the second year I stayed with them, and I will be back next year. The decor is plush, relaxing, and unique, a combination of old world comfort and quirky modern. I stayed in a suite, with two spacious rooms to spread out in, very quiet, plush warm towels, cozy bed. The breakfast is wonderful, and the small bar is relaxed and sophisticated. If you are tired of chain hotels, with beige walls, the deep greens and maroons, the velvet and brocade, the theme of odd birds, will delight you.

My family and I had a fantastic stay. When we first arrived there had been some miscommunication about our type of room but the kind and efficient manager did a remarkable job of accommodating us and fixing the problem. The room itself was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well fitted with everything we needed. Location is excellent: it’s in the heart of the City and close to Moorgate/Liverpool Street so very easy to get around; also easy walking to the restaurants, bars and shopping of Shoreditch and not a far walk from St. Pauls/Tate modern. We’ve been going to London a couple times a year and more for the past decades and was delighted to discover this new hotel. Will definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at the Sun Street Hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The shower was also very nice and provided soaps/toiletries were lovely. The room is small but had plenty of built in storage so it did not feel cramped for two people. It is excellently located near plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, and is close to multiple underground stations. The temperature controls in the room (a bit fiddly to change), room darkening shades, and a comfortable bed made for a good nights sleep. The only interruptions were caused by the construction site across the road. We’d wait to stay again until construction is finished. Housekeeping visited a bit more often than we felt necessary, but this is easily solved with the do not disturb sign. We did not eat here but enjoyed the cozy bar. Service was good but the bar could be a tad bit cleaner (glassware and bar top). Overall a very nice stay and we would happily return the next time we are in London.

Very nice boutique hotel, somewhat hidden in between the City center and Shoreditch. Comfortable rooms, warm and welcoming, with great beds and completely noisefree! Breakfast in the orangery is very good, and after a long day (wether it be work or play), you can unwind in the cosy bar.
