Absolutely shocking communication, leaving our party of 8 worried this place could be a scam. After reading some reviews it worried us further, but we couldn't cancel as we would lose our money so hoped for the best. Saturday afternoon we called to arrange to meet for the key, they will not meet you at the property ( very suspicious) we were told she would call back in 5 mins when she has checked if our room was ready. Next we receive a text message to say the room had a leak and had to cancel, then would not answer any calls. We were stranded in London on a busy saturday. We do not believe the leak happened as previous reviews seem to have had the same happen. Please stay clear of this place, i am not sure it even exists. Possibly leaving there own good reviews, who knows but please do not book!!

We booked this hotel back in April. Following the absolutely continuous horrendous reviews on this website and *********** we tried to cancel out stay however we were informed there was no cancellation policy. So we were left with no option but to hope for the best. We had communication to meet the host outside of a random steak house in Leicester square to pick up the keys and we had to contact them 30 minutes prior to arrival. So when we were at london victoria station we called.... no answer. Almost immediately after we received a text message explained there was a leak and they were cancelling out stay!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BOOKING THIS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL GHOST HOTEL!
