I had an excellent experience staying at Premier Inn. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming, which really made a difference. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the location was perfect for what I needed. I’d definitely recommend Premier Inn and will happily stay again in the future

If you book this hotel ask for a room at the front. Because the tiny rooms at the back are dark and cramped and we did not get a wink of sleep because of a constant whirring generator type noise throughout the night. When we reported this to the reception staff next morning we we directed to the customer experience line who basically said we should've said something in the middle of the night so sorry but it's tough the terms of our good nights rest guarantee are that you report your issue while it's happening.

We had not seen our friends in a few years and we were staying in Kensington Olympia so we could visit the sites. Bonnie was very knowledgeable on the area and even helped us book tickets. Credit to the hotel! All staff are stars. Made our reunion even more special.

What a lovely atmosphere during our stay at Olympia. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Delia helped me especially with my room requirements and was always smiley and happy to help. Will be back for sure as we love premier inn and how you can always rely on them.

Clean and comfortable room. Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. We ate a dinner and had breakfast at the hotel and had no complaints about the food. It was all fresh, delicious and plenty of it. The location is also good, 5 min walk to the underground (Earls Court) and only 15-20mins walk to natural history museum and Harrods. I'd recommend and would stay again.

The hotel is well located with the tube nearby. The hotel itself needs updating. It’s well worn in areas. A good lick of paint will make the difference. The staff there were excellent on our stay. There was only 2 on covering every area which isn’t acceptable. Hats off to them though they did an excellent job . The rest is standard premier inn hotels. Value not bad.

Lovely little hotel in Kensington! Staff were so friendly and accommodating as well- nothing was too much! Breakfast was hot and tasty in the morning as well- the staff in breakfast were absolutely amazing! I would deffo recommend, and the location is just perfect.

I enjoyed breakfast, the bed, and the bathroom, as everything was comfortable. However, the sound of people walking (or talking) from the next room and the wooden stairs were too noisy, disturbing my sleep. Hopefully, the management can maintain this (probably by providing soundproofing) for the next visit.
