Close to Earl’s Court underground. The receptionist is friendly. Although room size is small (6m2)- double bed, it is considered ok for 2 adults. Toilet size is also reasonable. Overall it is better than I expected Lift to each floor, luggage storage service

This hotel is ideal for a short break in London. The location is perfect as you are 5 mins from the tube station. You can access all areas of London very easily. The hotel room was tiny but perfectly adequate. It was clear and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is miniscule. A tall/large person would definitely have difficulty showering. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Awful. Radiator doesn’t work so there’s a plug in one. Shower/bathroom so small it’s hard to get in/out. Dirty rooms. Shower floods the floor. Best to Avoid. Reception and corridor old and musty smell. Nice area but apart from that it’s not good.

We stayed 1 night as a family of 4, we were in room 102. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely lady on the desk, she was so helpful and answered any requests we had. The room has 1 double bed and 2 singles. It was plants big enough for us. We were facing the road but it was quiet, we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or the road. It’s 5 mins walk to Earls Court underground so perfect for links to London.

We stayed here for one night. Don’t be fooled by the pictures in ***********. Arrived about 3.30 pm, perhaps we got the last of the rooms ! In Basement B6, it was a very small poky room with a double bed against a wall. Not what we are used to.Stuffy and claustrophobic. The view out of the window was an untidy back bit with an old mattresses and broken hoover. Dirty windows. A rubbish TV. We had Only 1 pillow each, so requested another and an iron. A Very helpful young lady gave us both. Then we had music from the next room….loud and played till after 12. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I did mention the loud music on our way out for the evening to reception hoping that it would have stopped by the time we got back, but unfortunately no. Horrible nights sleep. Good point. The room was relatively clean as well as the small en-suite bathroom. Location good…20 mins walk to Albert Hall. I would have informed all of the above when we checked out, but the receptionist was busy seeing to other customers and we just wanted to be out of there!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are very accomodting and friendly. We were given options of which room we like. Provide adaptor for electronis. My daughter like it tgere too. It is very convinient transportatio, restaurants can find nearby. Filipinos will love here bec. Its near jollibee restaurant and groceries.

Lovely hotel tucked away in a quiet square opposite a park gardens. 4 minutes from a tube station/bars/restaurants. Rooms spotless. Kasia and Kate on reception are so lovely.. Ive stayed there numerous times over the last year and a half when i visit london.. Exellent value also. Quiet and good nights sleep. See you soon kasia and kate.👍

Busy time in London so normally would go 4 star but these costing around £750 for two nights decided on 3 star! So positives are the staff very friendly they seem to multi-task, room a bit of an odd shape but very clean, bed comfortable and location excellent. No meals available but that is no problem in London. Only slight annoyance was the shower, in order to get the temperature right you have to reach forward and adjust two taps so it is difficult to get it right without getting your arms blasted with either hot or cold water!! So overall I think go for it!

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The hotel is central and close to Earls Court tube station so really convenient and easy to get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
