Great location, clean room, wonderful breakfast and staff helpful and pleasant

Great location, bar & breakfast top notch. Room very small but didn’t spoil are weekend.

The hotel is located in the heart of it all. Very hospitable and clean. Team very gracious. The breakfast was a bit dull... Needs a freshening.

Large room, great location for theatres and Mall area. Coffee machine in room is always a bonus!

Very central for theatres and only a 30 min walk from Victoria Station. Easy check in and even got an upgrade and a bottle of prosecco as celebrating. The only negative was the coffee. Only a nespresso machine in the room so couldn't have a cup of tea or a coffee with milk or sugar The coffee machine at breakfast kept going wrong so I suggest taking your own (fridge in room for your milk) Apart from that a great hotel with friendly staff on reception Would definitely recommend

酒店不錯，環境優美，就是倫敦腔聽不懂

地理位置不錯，離唐人街近，幹什麼都很方便。推薦！早餐也不錯，不過每天都是一樣的english breakfast。

住了四晚，單獨出行，房間給的是同層面積稍小的一個，但是地理位置很好，方便逛國家美術館和晚上西區各劇院看音樂劇…離中國城很近找吃的也方便…總體還算不錯了

酒店位置方便 但大家有心理準備，尤其是亞洲租客，酒店50五樓以上是沒有冷氣房提供，所以他們會把亞洲租客安排5樓以上房間，酒店房間是冇雪櫃提供，水壓不足，冲涼花花灑出水不足，但酒店早餐算多選擇，但酒店不值呢個價錢。尤其Wi-Fi完全𣎴掂。下次－定不會選擇
