We had a truly exceptional stay! It was absolutely amazing. There is nowhere quite like Brown’s in Mayfair ~ London. Simply, ‘Magical’. We felt very at home. Every element was perfectly in place to ensure the highest levels of service, the utmost discretion and the winning spaces. No detail overlooked. The whole team were committed to making our stay enjoyable and special. A cutting-edge attitude. Thank you for your care, dedication and professionalism. My wife and I very much look forward to returning to Brown’s Hotel. Once again, thank you to the Managing Director - Richard Cooke and the whole Team for making our stay at Brown’s very memorable and special. ‘Pinch yourself stuff’.

The hotel was recently renovated and the accommodations were excellent. But the biggest difference from other places we've stayed is the people that work at the Brown's Hotel. They are extremely attentive and make you feel at ease when making sure you are happy.

Easily the best afternoon tea experience I’ve ever had! The beautiful Drawing Room is the perfect setting in which to enjoy the delicious sandwiches, which were replenished without hesitation, and the outstanding pastries. The staff could not have been more attentive, pleasant or professional - always ready to pour out the next cup of tea, before we even reached for our teapots! We are agreed we won’t bother with any other luxury London hotel for our afternoon tea treat from now on, it will be Brown’s Hotel every time!

I’ve had the privilege of staying in some of the finest hotels around the world but Browns in London will always hold a special place in my heart. It’s the home away from home for me- the staff are so generous and friendly, especially Emanuel and George the doormen. This establishment is head and shoulders above the rest and I truly love it here, leaving is always a sad occasion.

Hands down....the best hotel service we've ever had. What a beautiful place, but the staff is second to none. (Especially Patrick and Lee) Wonderful breakfast and our dinner at the hotel was perfect. We are a family of 5 and every one of us was treated with the same level of service. We will certainly return. Thank You Brown's Hotel!!

We had afternoon tea at Browns today before taking my 4 year old daughter to the theatre. After looking at different children friendly options we thought she would like this jungle book inspired one. Complete disappointment and nothing like any of the pictures we’d seen of the childrens afternoon tea. Our afternoon tea at £75 a head was also extremely disappointing and I’m baffled as to how there are not more negative reviews unless the people leaving them have nothing to compare it to. The sandwiches weren’t fresh and had very little flavour, the pickled cucumber did not work with the cream cheese. Scones were nice but 2 per person? Would much rather of had some more savoury options, and the cakes were all lacking anything spectacular. £220 for 2 adults and a child was definitely not worth it, and I never mind paying when it’s worth it

The location, accommodations, amenities and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We had stayed before at other luxurious hotels in London and never had we received such personal service and enjoyed so much our stay . We would definitely return and recommend it to friends. The porters,Givi and Ivan always made us feel welcomed and went out of their way to help. Christina in the front desk cheerfully took care of printing a 30 page document and latter scanning and sending it and John Thompson always found a taxi for us. We really enjoyed our stay at Brown’s. Brown's offered one of the best hotel experiences that I have had (and I travel regularly). In addition to the truly comfortable bed, all of the services and amenities (including dining, concierge, housekeeping, doormen, and gym) were of a 5-star quality. I loved staying there and hope to have a reason to return soon!

Ideally located this stunning ultra luxury hotel exceeds all the expectations. Little pleasant surprises with thoughtful personal touch on every step of the visit, Bravo Browns team! Dinner on Sunday was scrumptious, the best ever Dover Sole a La meunière! Excellent service from Gianluca from Sardinia and elegant attentive welcome from Paul. Live music was a cherry on the cake. Spa is another gem that should not be missed. All the way from the booking process to the actual treatment. Spotless facilities with friendly and genuine service. Olga and Hannah excellent professional staff at the spa reception and the best full body massage by Silvia ( sorry if I don’t recall correctly, lovely lady from South America).
