The location is perfect and the breakfast is good. That’s the only thing good about this place. It’s very old and dirty, the young man at the reception look like he’s done with everything in life, there is no lift, the bathroom was dirty and the shower wasn’t even working properly. I found at least 3 bugs in my room and there was stain on the wall. We paid approximately 1200£ for 3 nights. It’s literally a robbery at this stage.

Pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and everything you need. Staff is very welcoming and Monty, the cutest doggy. Breakfast was nice. The location is perfect. Really enjoyed y recommend it highly. The building is beautiful, typical London house

We stayed at this boutique style hotel at the weekend, I have to say what a fantastic location. We were initially greeted by a lovely Welsh lady, which was great for us as we’re welsh so that went down well. I will say the place is very dated & in need of a lot of modernisation, but saying that, the breakfast was wholesome, tasty & very plentiful. The beds were comfy and we had a pleasant stay here

Enjoyed a wonderful 2 days at the Parkwood the location is absolutely spot on and I was made to feel welcome from my arrival to my leaving and although the building is very old it has its own warmth and charector will booking a return in 2025, would like to pass on all my the thanks to the receptionist staff and the ladies in the breakfast rooms so very friendly and accomadating

Fantastic location for Winter Wonderland, Hyde Park. Friendly welcome. Quick check in. Room clean and fresh. Size very good for London Included in room was towels, toiletries, tea tray, hairdryer, heater, fan, fridge, safe, TV. Breakfast was buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. On checking out you can leave cases to collected later.

We came here mid week, for two nights. The location is perfect literally 2 minutes away from Marble Arch station. The staff were amazing & friendly so welcoming. Our room was 12A it was clean and tidy, shower was very hot and powerful but very noisy. The bed was very uncomfortable me and my husband didn’t sleep the two nights we stayed. The breakfast was very nice tasty and filling. You can get full English, yoghurt , fruit. Fresh toast is brought to the table. Yes it was dated but still clean and tidy, it could do with a makeover, this place has so much potential.

what a fabulous find, right in the heart of London. We were Checked in by Ronnie what a lovely gentleman he is. Gail (the owner) was charming and was very knowledgeable about what to see and do to make the most of our visit going out of her way to ensure our stay perfect. We can't thank her enough. Breakfast was a feast so much on offer and with a picky wife, it was a blessing. The breakfast staff were very accommodating. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. This hotel should be the benchmark in hospitality that others should aspire to. Thank you Gail and staff for a wonderful stay and we will return for a Christmas break. Best wishes the Bartholomews.

Bog standard London B&B at an affordable rate. It really isn't much to write home about but does the job to an acceptable level. The staff went out of their way to make us welcome and accommodate our needs regarding the room. It was absolutely fine without being remotely spectacular.
