Ulasan Washington Mayfair Hotel

Very stategic location nearby underground green park and tourism attraction. Cleanliness 9/10. All amenities completed. Room just nice and comfortable.

Easy access to Mayfair

Sent email to management, told I was going to get an email back after speaking with housekeeping, I was not It is rated as a 4* hotel, however, I do not believe, in its current state this is an adequate representation of the hotels services. Attached are photos in which highlight the issues. Where dirt can be seen are photos that were taken on the 25th of Jun, after all marks originally been seen on the 24th of June and had failed to be addressed in the 24hr period that my husband and myself were there. In our room, the television did not work as it had no plug into the wall? Light bulbs were gone in 2 lights within our hotel room. All issues of which should have been noticed by hotel staff upon cleaning and checking off the room for the next guest. The member of staff who dealt with general maintenance did come to our room and sort these problems but at the inconvenience to myself and having to wait for him to arrive and being unable to properly relax before going out that evening. I also need to point out the collection of dust in a part of our desk... that would appear to be years of cleaning neglect and I would recommend that a full deep clean is needed . The shower tray was hanging off on one side and the paint work was peeling off in numerous parts of our room (photos enclosed). The price did not reflect on the quality of service, at all and I was very disappointed with our overall experience. We decided not to stay at one hotel, nearer to the venue we were going to, but to stay in the Washington Mayfair Hotel with the rotating doors.. these also were not working. The reception staff were very nice and helpful, so the issues I am bringing up do not include them at all

房間設施陳舊 ，早餐服務很差。入住期間恰好晚上停水，酒店有象徵的補救措施---電梯口拐角處放置礦泉水。酒店位置方便。

酒店交通就比較便利，但服務、設施、都差勁，又殘舊，入住嗰陣查來查去都找不到我們的紀錄，搞了差不多個幾兩個鐘，最後話這麼多間book酒店公司記錄混在一起，所以才會有這樣誤會，我們坐了10幾個鐘飛機已經累到一個點，還要等這麼久，真心累累累🥲

位置優越出行方便

位處中心城區 設施稍微有點陳舊 但好在周圍都是好餐廳和大賣場
