If I could have rated more stars,I would! It is truly a fabulous hotel, it is not only gorgeous , but the staff is what sets it apart. From our first encounter to our last they all were extraordinarily kind, attentive, helpful and gracious! Would only hope we could return sooner than later!

I was kindly bought a voucher for my birthday for The Connaught due to me visiting London for the day on my birthday! We were warmly welcomed at the door and shown to the Bar! We’d looked on the website and you couldn’t book for the bar ahead of visiting! We went to sit down to be told by a snotty Matre De that the table was reserved!!! Funny that!! We then got shown to a table in the corner that smelt of disinfectant next to the main door!! Won’t be recommending it coming back!!! HPPY BIRTHDAY!!

The hotel is a classic is London! Great location in the middle of Mayfair, very close to shopping, dinning and all the sights. The rooms are classic and elegant with many amenities you didn’t know you needed them! Every member of the hotel makes you feel right at home, and always trying to satisfy every need. The Grill has amazing food, book in advance!

My wife and I traveled to London to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We spent many nights combing through reviews/ trying to ID that perfect hotel. I'm sure many of you can relate. There's nothing worse than staying at a hotel where the staff is unfriendly, food, and rooms do not meet your expected standards. The Connaught exceeded our expectations! We asked for firm pillows and an encasement mattress protector ahead of our stay. Done! Staff, food, and room were all top notch! Heated toilet that self-cleans. Probably one of the best 5-star hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast at Jean-Georges top notch! Dinner at Connaught Grill top notch! Drinks at the Connaught Bar top notch! I want to highlight a gentleman by the name of Kealan (not sure of last name). I think he's a fairly new employee but could definitely teach classes on customer service and attentiveness to hotel guests. Thank You Kealan for the personal touches! Thank You Connaught for a rememberable anniversary!

This is our second time staying at The Connaught and it’s the only hotel where the service just keeps getting better. Everyone on staff is fabulous and they understand your needs and make every effort to accommodate. Yes, the rooms are small but you won’t get the quality of service and food elsewhere.
