Had a great stay at this hotel! Karen at the front desk gave such a warm welcome — she was friendly, helpful, and really made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very new, and the location is good—it's very close to Blackfriar station. The service quality is good, especially the front desk staff, who was very helpful. Surprisingly, the dinners at two restaurants were very good, and the breakfast was of Hyatt Regency's standard quality.

Good location for business close to the city but room was fairly small and very expensive for what it is. Breakfast was good but choice fairly limited for international chain.

The room facilities are super perfect. The front desk service attitude is also super good. There is a special smoking area. You must try the hotel's breakfast. It is really delicious. Oh, by the way, you must not smoke in the room.

The room is quite big in London, clean and quiet. It is in the Congestion Zone and parking is inconvenient.

I was quite impressed when I first came last year, but I was a bit disappointed this year. It may also be the problem of the room this time. It was very noisy when the construction downstairs was going on. There were traces of paint peeling in many places in the room. It was not well maintained.
