I booked a superior room with Kingsize bed and I was quite disappointed. The part of the hotel has very old rooms. Old furnitures and the room is dull and not very clean. I have shared some picture which I took.  I was changed to a different room after I complained which was only slightly better. The manager wasn’t receptive and dismissive, can do better. Just like the great British empire, this Hotel is on its way down! Sad.  The location and amenities are good but you can find similar room at much lesser price. The terrace restaurant has few staffs who shouldn’t be in service industry, not at all welcoming.  Overall, I feel they can do better! For the price you pay, everything falls short.

Our Couple Short Vacation here in UK was perfect-- hotel was the best starting point for first-timers like us! All walking distance to center of action and tourist sites-- Big Ben, Eye, Abbey, etc. Shops and restaurants are abundant-- all around is commercial high end location-- but so many affordable places to go too and really safe feel everywhere. The staffs are all helpful and pleasant. Currently under renovation so hopefully the place would even look more upgraded after the constructions. Price: Good Value: Good Location: Excellent Highly recommended 10/10 We will be back!

The stuff there are so unfriendly to Asia people. I arrived there at 9:00 Am (after flied 14 hours)and check in ,the reception told me for early check I got to pay extra 50 pounds ,which I think is ok and I payed. Then I get to the room the reception arrange for me . It is straight near the lift (the pic show below) and it’s a very very small room, which is totally different From the pics I saw on web. I came back to reception( the room even got no telephone) .and told reception the room’ near lift. He says “but this is the only room we got now “( of course I know this is nonsense) I insist, then after waiting for 10mins, suddenly there appears to be another room available . Stayed for 4 days there,the shower is so dirty. By the way their stuff doesn’t have any name card , so you can’t tell which is which so bad service.They treat white people so nice and friendly. They seldom say hello to Asian people and look them in eyes The hotel’s been decorating outside . The doorman are friendly ,the others ,so sad. And the concert cafe ,**** place

You just can't beat the location. It is so perfectly Central, I the heart of Piccadilly, and within walking distance to so many place. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful yet a few can be unwilling to help.

Fab time

We stayed as a family with our 2 year-old baby. The only real advantage of the hotel is its central location. However, we experienced several issues during our stay. There are only 2 elevators in the hotel, and one of them was out of service. We had to wait 5–10 minutes each time, which was especially difficult with a baby. The window in our room was very small and couldn’t be opened. Although there was a ventilation system, it was very noisy, making it hard for our baby to sleep. The electric heater in the room, which looked like a radiator, constantly made noise while operating, which negatively affected our comfort. The room phone was not working. If we needed anything, we had to go down to reception ourselves, which again meant long elevator waits. Breakfast was quite poor for a 5 star hotel. The variety and quality were below expectations. We stayed in an “Executive King” room, yet there wasn’t even a toilet brush in the bathroom, which we found to be an unpleasant oversight. On the positive side, the reception and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Also, having complimentary fruits and water available at the hotel entrance was a nice touch.

Amazing hotel, went with my best friend for our 70th birthday. Staff were wonderful they upgraded us when they knew we were celebrating a special birthday made our stay very memorable. We highly recommend the Dilly for everything including location. Thank you so much 💕💕

Location fabulous Breakfast Great .Rooms very tired desperately in need of refurbishment,they did change our room but was just ok

Food amazing, staff amazing. Gym brilliant. Location is just perfect. My only feedback was pool too cold and the bathroom in our room. 407 needs a refurb to be up to the standard of a hotel of this standard.

Very well located hotel. Great very well equipped gym with pool and steam room. Service in the restaurant was slow but otherwise all good. The room was large and comfortable.
