Ulasan Hilton London Olympia

This place is in need of renovation. One out of three elevators was functional when I checked in. Another was repaired later, but they’re very slow. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The plumbing fixtures are all from last century. There was a persistent rumbling noise from the heating and ventilation equipment on the roof that some people might find annoying.  The staff were pleasant enough, but the facility needs work.

Hilton staff were so helpful when I checked in late at night and had my room upgraded free of charge. The bath and bed were luxurious and the location is perfect. There is Shepard’s bush which is only a 5 minute walk to get to where you need to go. This is my second time staying at this Hilton and will definitely keep coming back in the future.

Many thanks for well deserved rest after a long hours of work. Excellent my only downside was the toilet when you flash it was to noisy when refilling the water and the bed was a bit squeaky when you lying down. Over all well done

The service was excellent - everyone was really nice and caring. The food was delicious and a very good variety was available. The location is quite good, but it is not near a tube station which means you’ll have to walk a bit or change trains quite a lot. Also, the flushing of the toilet could be better. Additionally, our room wasn’t really accessible (which wasn’t too big a problem because we didn’t need it - but with a suitcase the stairs were quite annoying).

Room furniture not user friendly. A big round table but only one low chair, no desk, it’s uncomfortable when using a laptop. There’s a technical problem with the bedside lamp, while the aircon showed error message occasionally without clue.  In the bathroom the shower was great, but water spills to the floor easily.  Staff are nice and helpful anyway.

I stayed for London Book Fair. This hotel is the best place for the fair. It is quite an old building, but people are so kind and foods are great! I would love to stay next year!

We were very pleased with the accommodation, it was not too far from where we needed to be. We couldn’t fault the hotel. Hope to use it again in the future

Hotel is fine. I've stayed a few times now. Rooms are fine. Have everything you need. Close to Kensington Olympia Train Station. Breakfast has great selection. It's in quite a nice area. Hotel has a small gym i didn't use it. I would stay again.

Really great hotel in a brilliant location, I had to use this hotel as part of a business trip for a conference which was great due to the hotel being a small walk away from the station. Overall great hotel with amazing staff and free upgrade without even asking which is always really nice. Highly recommended and I will stay again soon 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Experience! Wonderfully welcomed by Emily and the reservations team… Awesome rooms I tell you!! I particularly enjoyed time spent with Muhammad at front desk on the late evening and also with Francesca at breakfast.. I really enjoyed this stay and subsequently booked two more nights! Thanks guys!!

Can't really get a better hotel for events in Olympia, it is just 2 minutes walk away from the front entrance. Room was ok, good size. Broken lift disappointing, meant quite a wait sometimes. Definitely recommended if you can get it at the right price for Olympia events. Otherwise probably better located options.

Nice and clean hotel, no complaint. Central location and accessible via public transport

Good budget/mid-range hotel in central location. Lovely staff who kindly upgraded me. The heating in my room wasn't working so I was a bit cold but I'm sure they would have changed my room if I had asked.
