The worst business hotel experience ever!!
No mini fridge, dirty room, dirty towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste, need to get the hair dryer by yourself at the reception desk, only 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi every 24 hours… etc
In the bathroom, the shower curtain is too short, and the shower area is too shallow, so the water is everywhere every time you take shower, absolutely unpleasant.
Definitely not recommended and won’t stay in this hotel in the future.

Great stay and really accommodating staff. Shout out to Dinesh and Sridhar. Good location close to Waterloo and plenty of restaurants and bars close by for food and drink. Breakfast has everything you need. Had a really good night's sleep.

Great weekend just spent in London, love this area and good for transport links. But what also makes it are the really helpful and friendly staff here. They have always been good but shoutout this time to Bhanu who was so helpful when we had made mistakes with our bookings. Five stars!!

Good Service, great staff - Thanks Simran ! What impressed me most was the staff’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Lovely option for an economic quick stay in London over the weekend. Room was super spacious, toilet roll could do with an upgrade but great location and proximity to Southwark tube station. Dinesh at the front desk was lovely - he couldn’t do enough to help! Thanks Dinesh!

Good short distance from the tube .room is as usual and glad they have lifts .Don't bother with breakfast unless u like all the items .plenty of cereal fruit and bread .cooked is awful all overdone or underdone and cold .mushrooms were raw ,scrambled egg must of been cooked in one sheet then chopped up yuck to say the least .

It was conveniently located for my trip and the price was affordable. The room was not inspiring, but there was a good view of 3 railway lines. Everything seemed to work as it should.
