It is one of the worst apartments I have stayed in for a long time now. I'm not sure if other apartments are better or if the actors are paid actors. They do not pay attention to details at all. My back is now hurting due to their lousy mattress, which is so bad that you can feel the springs underneath you. There was no body wash in the bathroom, and since there was no staff at the location, we received a dirty ass bottle of body wash the next day. The lighting in the apartment is completely stupid. Most can not turn on before it starts flickering like a ******* house. There are only two dim lights, along with a nightstand light. I felt like I was living in a ******* house. Even though they offered to come to check the light and “ordered new beds,” we were checking out the next day, so there was no purpose. If you are short, don't bother taking a shower because the tub is higher than the sky. The bathroom is enormous but lacks everything in accessibility. Honestly not worth a penny.

Stayed for 4 days for a business trip - booked from Agoda. The property forgot to send me the code of the self checkin main gate so was stranded for an hour. Apart from that, quite enjoyed my stay. Spacious living room and bathroom. Great view of the main Street from the living room. They left a welcome kit with fruits, chocolate and beer :)

Loved my stay here. Excellent location in Holborn about 5 mins walk to the underground. Spacious living room and bathroom (with bathtub) but the bed room is slightly small compared to the other spaces in the house. The TV has disabled network connectivity. The stay doesn't have a reception. You have a code at the front door and then a key for your flat. They didn't send me the code on time so had to wait for almost an hour waiting for someone to show up/ reply on my email. Apart from that, recommended!
