cleaning room service needs to be requested in advance at the front desk. However, even after making the request, the cleaning service was consistently overlooked. Simple requests such as towel replacements were missed multiple times within a week. The room was generally clean, and the hairdryer had sufficient power.

Convinient location. Clean with reasonable price. The front desk people are very helpful

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street. the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable the nearby areas are real cool

房間比較大，28吋箱子完全攤得來，有書桌，有單人沙發，感覺比之前一樣價位的另一家酒店寬敞。窗户是雙層的，臨街的房間也一點聽不到聲音。衞生間也比較大，是我很滿意的一家酒店。

A very comfortable stay in a quiet standard room in a very convenient location. For me, the outstanding feature was the excellent service from the reception staff, Diana and Suzit. I had an unusual request about storing medicines in a fridge during my stay and they found a solution with the minimum of fuss. They were welcoming, engaged and helpful. No matter what time of day or night, Diana was a model of personable and approachable professionalism. I look forward to returning.

The hotel is usual Premier Inn standard, but I was disappointed with my room. I upgraded to one of their Premium rooms but it was so premium that it didn't actually have a window. This room is more like a Hub hotel than a regular Premier Inn, and I can't believe Premium rooms don't have proper windows (and isn't advertised as such)

Despite staying for an entire week, our room was cleaned only once, even though we requested cleaning on three consecutive days. Here is a brief summary of the situation: 1. On 1 January, we requested cleaning at reception for the first time. Upon returning in the night, the room had not been cleaned. 2. On 2 January, we requested cleaning at reception for the second time. Upon returning in the evening, the room had not been cleaned again. That same evening, we informed the staff at reception, who apologized and assured us the room would be cleaned the following day. She gave us some towels so we could shower the next day, as ours had been dirty for two days. 3. On the third day, we returned to find the room still untouched. When we complained again, another staff member told us she hadn’t seen us that morning requesting the cleaning, casting doubt on whether we had done so. However, we assumed that after what had happened and following our complaint to the staff, the room would be cleaned. Finally they came at 16:30 and only changed towels and straighten the bed. My pillow had a little stain and it still was there after the cleaning service. And there were other evidences showing the lack of cleanliness (shower still dirty after a week of no cleanliness, sheets only straightened and not changed…) This lack of service is unacceptable after paying for a service that was not properly delivered, despite notifying the staff on numerous occasions. Paying for a week-long stay and receiving such poor service is not only disappointing but also unprofessional.

Lovely accommodation, spotless and comfortable. Staff are warm and welcoming. We had the all you can eat breakfast which was amazing. We also ate in the restaurant for our evening meal which was also really nice. Location is perfect for the train stations, Apollo Theatre and Olympia just down the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked premier plus room. Nice size overall but the window was bordered up so it felt claustrophobic as there was no natural light whatsoever. No bottled water as advertised, only one pillow each on bed. Very hot despite turning heating off, resulting in poor nights sleep. Not worth paying for the upgrade. Breakfast experience was a disgrace! No clean tables, had to shove previous occupants dirty dishes to one side then had to clean own table. No cutlery or napkins, had to help ourselves from dresser drawers. No bowls found for cereal, no tea plates for toast etc. could not see anyone to ask even though husband stood at front desk for eight full minutes waiting for help. Proceeded to hot counter, no plates! Lady behind counter said she would get them after finishing cooking several items, filling up food containers and putting things in oven to cook. I went to inform my husband. When I got back to the hot counter, lady said she had brought me a plate but I had left and she gave it to someone else! She then went out the back and brought two plates, she gave one to me and a gentleman next to me, we both complained as the plates were dirty with egg and grease! She took them away and brought them back wet! She brought fresh eggs out of the oven but they were undercooked and gloopy, I asked her for a properly cooked one, she turned them over and put one on my Which was obviously still undercooked! I went and helped myself to a piece of black pudding, a slice of bacon and a sausage. I skipped the other offerings, the beans were so congealed, the mushrooms looked like tinned mushrooms and the tomatoes were shrivelled up. I gave up on the toast as I didn’t know how long I would have to wait for the bread to arrive. As I got back to the table, my husband pointed out that my plate was dirty with congealed egg!!!!! I left feeling cheated having paid for two full breakfast we ended up with orange juice and coffee. When we complained the server just said sorry, you came at a busy time and there are only two of us on duty!!

The beds were extremely comfy and rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly so checking in was quick and easy. Breakfast was delicious except for the fact that alot of the tables hadn't been cleared properly. The shower was very confusing to figure out. 😕 Everything about this hotel is good and there are only 1 or 2 negatives.
