You should go if you are not fed up of noise in Mumbai and you want a bit more of honking and traffic noise. You should go if you like dirty linen, soiled bed sheet and rubbish pillow cover. You should go if you like paying 15k for a night to get a hotel that looks like 3k a night affair. I left in an hour - and fighting for refunds - because hiding information like right next to a road etc is criminal. It's a scam. Reviews are a scam. Else everyone loves what I mentioned above!

Relevant to this feedback we would like to mention here that a day prior to check-in date, Mrs. Mohindroo had enquired about the bonfire, new year event programme etc. We mentioned that in our property bonfire facility or new year event is not there. On date 31/12/24 early check-in was provided to you. Later after half an hour your goodself had informed us for the check out. This is because we have not arranged any event or bon fire. The cancellation policy was clearly mentioned as non cancellable & non refundable. Though upon your request we have provided the extension of this booking for 10th July 2025. Your booking was via cleartrip and same is confirmed to the cleartrip too. Later, your goodself started threatening us with dire consequences for the refund. Your goodeslf mentioned that you will flood us with negative review via influencers, business associates etc at different online portals. Trust, you are doing it frequently. On 31st December 2024, your goodself came to reception from the room then, we accepted your request of extension (mail records are there) then later again you went to the room to take manipulative pictures to use against us to mislead others and to exploit hotelier like us. Your goodself is writing negative remarks whereas we have all mail records for booking confirmation. Our property is asmall boutique resort with only 10 rooms (3 categories) on the way towards Bhushi Dam front of the Tata Monsoon Lake. This location is least pollution zone as traffic movement is very less. People who knows this place will certainly understand whether this information is true or false. Moreover, your goodself had mentioned to us that you will stay on July during monsoon because as per you, during that period of time the traffic will be less. With due respect, we would like to mention that kindly check with others that during the monsoon time Lonavala locality witness the highest most traffic, please. Every where you there see crowd and cacophony. We assure that all the relevant informations are shared. Reviews are sole discretion of guests and there is no scam, please. You are our esteemed guest and what guest says, is right but not this time, truly. We are very concerned what will be next but at the same time we will be happy to serve you always. Best Regards

Small property maintained in a good space. Top class interiors for the sky villa Everything was provided in the room. Hotel staff is very helpful and polite. Overall good place to stay in between greenery and mountains!! Lonavla lake is good attraction nearby to visit.

Our stay at Rumors Sky Villa was wonderful! The sky villas are particularly impressive—spacious, comforting, and well-maintained. The property overall is clean and well-kept, with a pool that was a delight to use. Breakfast was nice and added a great start to the day. A great choice for a relaxing getaway in Lonavla!

It was an amazing stay with rumourss we stayed in suite room with private heated pool. It was too good. The pool water was clean. The rooms were spacious. Food served both breakfast and dinner was too tasty. From menu we had ordered food in room that too was yumm we would definelty visit again

our stay at Rumours resort was delightful. The place is nice n quite,easy to reach. the staff is extremely polite and helpful. food is limited but tasty. breakfast has a good spread.

view is only of cement bags, broken sticks & planks, broken walls mosquitoes around the room, cannot open the door pool was filthy, we got it cleaned in morning the typical strong smell of paint, the rooms seems to be freshly painted, which caused an allergy to me and my son. room service doesn't answer the call had to call the housekeeping number, no one answered the call food options limited, horrible service.... refrigerator not cooling...kept a bootle of soft drink it was not cold till morning construction labourers and workers around everwhere, it seems unsafe. jetspray in washroom was leaking constantly washroom was smelling bad and was very dirty, food menu was set menu, was more of a hostel type menu with very limited option

We stayed in a sky villa. The view was amazing, and basic amenities were good. They even got us cake for our anniversary at night on requesting. Only due to the late checkin time and early checkout, I would rate them as good only.

This hotel is like true nature...feels lyk u are actually staying in nature...the food is very tasty veg and non veg both...variety options are available for food....Rooms are too good...very much clean...spacious...specially suitable to accompany with kids...room services and staff is good and polite...staying here is not lyk staying in hotel its lyk u r in ur house..with calm environment and nature..

Unique cottages for a short staycation. Rooms need improvement. Room had water shortage and basin had leakages. Lunch and breakfast buffet spread is limited and in room dining prices are expensive.

Rooms: Rooms were good. However few observations - floor wasn't completely mopped. We happened to use tissue on floor to wipe off something and the tissue was quiet dirty. Ac won't give complete cooling to the room in day time but at night it's fine as the temperature drops down. We had booked a room with indyoor pool which wasn't dat clean it had a layer of dirt. The pool should hv indoor heating accessibility. We had to call reception to change the temp of pool. The shower in bathroom had less water force. Nearby activities: They got common small pool Safety: Construction (addition of new rooms) is gng so inside of the property could be risky book room which is near resturant/ reception area Food and drinks: Good service could be bit fast. The staff is really friendly. Restaurant can be upgraded. The staff was kind enough to cook seperate meal for my baby as per my instructions Noteworthy details: Friendly staff I think the property is short of staff Hotel highlights: Luxury and Quiet
