The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help, patient and attentive, like family. The breakfast selection was exceptionally plentiful. Feeling the warmth of fellow countrymen in a foreign land made for a perfect experience – highly recommended!"

"I feel that there should be a rating in between 'very good' and 'average' so i could rate this hotel like i want to. For a start its cheap as chips, its right in the market area so in the busiest part of Lome, but not too noisy, the rooms are really clean, have balconies so you can watch the bustle and the staff are lovely...but...OMG...it has the hardest, most uncomfortable beds ive slept on since i was young enough to backpack. I live on islands that you have to get a 12 hour ferry to, and, honestly, sleeping on the floor in the bar is more comfortable. So if you do not mind sleeping on granite, i totally recommend this place. Its safe, cheap and clean...but...omg..those beds."

"I never leave reviews, but I had to post this one. Coming from Nigeria, I stayed at this hotel and was diagnosed with malaria on my very first day. If it weren't for the owner's incredibly kind and helpful arrangements throughout my stay, I don't know what I would have done. I highly recommend this hotel, mainly because the people there are so warm and welcoming!"

"The area around the hotel is a lively market. A motorbike taxi from STM costs approximately 250-300 CFA. The hotel entrance may be a little difficult to find. Since it is difficult to explain in words, it is best to call the hotel on the day of arrival to confirm. The hotel does not have an elevator, hairdryer, bottled water, or refrigerator. There was no hot shower, but it was hot so it wasn't a problem. However, the rooms were clean and the location is good. There were no power outages. Above all, the staff were very kind and helpful, even with minor problems. Thank you very much."

"I unfortunately got sick a few days before moving here and considering the state I was in had the best experience none the less. The owner was in France but her doughter and son ran everything so smoothly ! She also speaks German and she was great help for me, getting to the clinic and to dr. Appointments and she also took care of my friend who was then on her own and showed her around, recommended hairdressers etc. The service level was amazing! Our room was a bit dark because the other side of the window was a gym room of sorts so we mostly had the curtains drawn (since I slept a lot no problem, otherwise maybe a bit depressing). But the AC worked fine and the other amenities were perfect ! Thank you so much:))"
