"I always stay here all time since the hotel new launch, stay clean and new. But this time i stay 1 night and my husband was diarrhea and stain a few at night on bedsheet and protective cloth they charged me at 1100 BHT for cleaning withe the reason that can not remove the stain. I understood that it was dificult to clean but the surcharge is too expensive like a new pilurchase of its. This time makes me very disappont and may remove this hotel from my list."
