I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Nice staff, great location and the building is pretty cool. The pool is special on the roof

Give it a try - it's worth its price! Great place (if you like loft-like style) to stay and great selection for breakfast too.

Only minus is related to room service. Was informed that by standard service takes 45 minutes, even to deliver some drinks. Apart from that, everything was great!

Location is good but hotel car parking is not free.

Amazing hotel in the best location in Łódź. Clean rooms, super spacious lobby and the pool is simply amazing. The parking is a bit pricey compared to the surrounding area, but everything else is great.

Hotel rewelacja. Mieliśmy rocznicę i dostaliśmy miły poczęstunek do pokoju. Śniadania przepyszne, widok ze sky bar petarda.

Świetny hotel mimo upływu lat.Apartament junior z widokiem na manufakturę zrobił duże wrażenie.Czysto,przestrzeń.Wanna i prysznic.Swietne sauny,średni basen.Super sky bar z przestrzenią na zewnątrz.

Hotel położony na terenie manufaktury Lodz,blisko sklepy i gastronomia.Pokoje przytulne z klimatem,śniadanie bardzo dobre i duży wybór. Po całym dniu można się zrelaksować na basenie

Miła serdeczna obsługa, duży plus za przestronne łazienki, największy pozytyw to widoki z basenu.
