Excellent welcome and no hassles with front desk. Lady was very generous in sharing Information about place. Very nice room with sea view. Excellent experience, wish could had more time.

The location was great, we were on the front with easy access. The building was a little older and didn't have aircon in the rooms. The breakfast was great and the people were very friendly. Great for larger groups!

The location was great, just beside the beach and near to all tourist attractions in Llandudno. The furniture is a bit old. The WiFi network in our room was awful, very difficult to connect and the signal for phone was also weak, which means we were experiencing very low quality web network in these days. Other things are fine. No problem for the service and the reception was nice and patient.

Does what it says on the tin. A compact room and a tight squeeze in the bathroom, but clean and tidy, with friendly helpful staff, and very reasonably priced, so happy to recommend.

An old 3-star hotel, a bit frayed at the edges, but with great views of the sea and very convenient for everything in the town. It accepts dogs. There are many dogs in Llandudno! The internet is excellent, better than many more expensive places. Didn’t try the food, but there are lots of bars and restos nearby, and a Starbucks 100 meters away. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Would use it again for a short stay. Clientele is quite old, not a trendy place at all.
