"Having stayed at many Marriott hotels, I'm really disappointed with the one in my hometown! The dust was shocking – the cleaning lady said it was because of the duvet, which apparently just sheds dust when you shake it. It's 2026, shouldn't duvet quality be better by now?! People with allergies and asthma should definitely steer clear… The mini-bar only had two bottles of water, which is just enough for two people, I guess?! And the hairdryer was an old model… It's supposed to be a high-end hotel, but the amenities are truly subpar!"

The hotel boasts stunning mountain and lake views, nestled against Baima Mountain and facing Yangxian Lake. The scenery is breathtaking; every shot is a masterpiece, far surpassing many scenic spots. We had a wonderful time here with friends. The air was fresh, the environment tranquil, and every corner was picturesque. Perfect for families and vacations, highly recommended! You absolutely must try the train room – it's unforgettable!"

"The lake view from the room is great, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. There are plenty of activities for all ages and seasons, making a three-day, two-night stay perfect. The hotel staff are all warm and polite and interact well with children. The hot springs are a highlight, with over thirty open, so it never feels crowded, and there are many staff members attending to them. However, the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was a huge disappointment. A la carte options are expensive, and the set menus are limited, too salty, and the bamboo shoots were tough and unappetizing. It's definitely not suitable for two adults and one child; the only decent thing on the set menu was a fried fish roll. Furthermore, the service was abysmal. No one greeted us upon entering, and after our meal, no one asked for feedback, offered a small snack, or called a shuttle. There was absolutely no service to speak of, a stark contrast to the Hong Kong-style restaurants we've experienced. My rating is for the hotel; if it were just for Fisherman's Wharf, I'd give it only one star for the ambiance."

"On the first day of the Qingming holiday, the price shot up to 530 a night, but the quality of the room was nowhere near what it should be for that price. 1) The room had a musty smell, and as soon as I entered, there was a musty odor mixed with some cigarette smoke, as if from a mahjong room. The hallway on my floor reeked of cheap air freshener, clearly trying to cover up the musty smell. 2) Service: When checking out at 12 PM, I asked the front desk for bottled water. They said it hadn't been delivered yet. Does the entire hotel not have a single bottle of water for guests? Especially during a long holiday weekend, the service attitude is just… indescribable. 3) Amenities: The hotel's toiletries were very basic, only two toothbrushes and a shower cap. There were no cotton pads or Q-tips."
