GGuest UserWe booked the Deluxe Suite, and the room was awesome! Nice furniture's, everything was cleaned well, and the daily service was also very good.
We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.
We can recommend this hotel to 100%.

The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

GGuest UserIn fact, I booked the wrong location~ But I found out and went to stay there. . You can pretend that there is no breakfast. When you checked in, you asked the front desk if it included three breakfasts and told you the time~ But when I came downstairs in the morning, I said that no one had made breakfast because no one else was eating. They wanted to make some noodles for us~ and then gave us two bowls of noodles. Let’s give some to the baby. . Is it so difficult to just give a small bowl to a child? . It is recommended that if you are bringing children, you should bring some bread, milk, etc.~~
Before going to bed, I used a wet tissue to wipe away a lot of black dust~it is inevitable that the baby will fall to the ground

GGuest UserA large hotel closest to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, with a good living environment and its own hot spring. It's convenient to go by train and recharge. It is a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is also very nice and has ample portions. We, four adults and two children, ordered a set meal for 2-3 people, but we didn’t finish it. There are also many farmhouse restaurants in the surrounding area, with high ratings, affordable prices, and no pitfalls. There is also a children's play area and a large lawn on the first floor of the hotel, so there is no problem for children to play all day long. We also saw squirrels in the trees, the environment was absolutely perfect! It's a pity that I didn't take a dip in the hot spring, which is said to be a local specialty. The butler thoughtfully gave us many souvenirs, including snacks, toys, and Starbucks coffee coupons. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also good, with rich varieties and complete supplies.

GGuest UserThis is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

AAkengThe hotel has a beautiful and quiet environment. Every step you take brings you a new view. Whether it is the bamboo forest, tea mountain, river beach, courtyard, or swimming pool, there are surprises everywhere! The fresh air after the rain makes people want to take a deep breath. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu for the careful arrangement, free room upgrade, and meticulous and thoughtful tips, which made us feel the enthusiasm and sincerity of the hotel. Although the hot spring is not big, it is enough to soak away the fatigue brought by the mountain climbing and have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is mainly Chinese and tastes good. The hotel is also close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Dajue Temple. It is worth coming again!

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.
