Пребывание в этом отеле это яркий пример того, как ожидания могу не совпасть с реальностью. Я не знаю кто и когда присвоил отелю рейтинг 5 звезд, но это полный фейк. Начну с немного, что понравилось - бесплатная парковка, хороший размер комнаты, неплохой завтрак (хотя есть ньансы). Однако на этом позитив заканчивается. Что не понравилось: 1. В ОТЕЛЕ ВЕЧЕРОМ НЕТ ГОРЯЧЕЙ ВОДЫ !!! После того, как мы это обнаружили, я позвонил на ресепшен и получил рекомендацию открыть кран на 5 минут и подождать. Это не помогло, тогда на ресепшене просто сказали "извините, это максимальная температура воды в нашем отеле вечером". Вода была холодная. Как такое вообще может быть? 2. Номер обшарпаный и не качественно убран 3. В ванной был неприятный запах 4. Отель заявлен как "спа отель". Спа работает очень ограниченные часы и стоит 40 евро с человека. Возможности посетить крытый бассейн или сауну для гостей нет бесплатно или в часы, когда спа не работает. 5. При заезеде в отель никто не рассказал и не показал что есть в отеле. Все надо спрашивать самому. 6. Спортзал находится в подвале со старым оборудованием, которое мало функционально 7. На завтраке все блюда из яиц которые не на буффете - платные. На буфете только скрэмбал. 8. В коридоре с потолка текла вода

The staff took excellent care of us. An example we had just got back to hotel and the restaurant had closed. But the bartender and the chef whipped up some delicious food even though they closed. They went above and beyond. Rooms are large and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had beautiful views of ocean

only negative I had is that carpet in the hallway made it difficult to push wheeled suitcase. everything else was perfect.

It was a very pleasant and beautiful stay. The location is gorgeous and the hotel is stunning as well. The hotel service was continuously kind and helped anytime we asked. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful grandiose hotel built in 1888. The high ceilings, the columns and the frescos are a glimpse into its glorious past. The rooms are nicely decorated with view of the seaside, which is just across the street. The breakfast offers many choices and is served in a lovely room. Fabiana greeted us every morning with her beautiful smile. The staff are professional and helpful. Great experience!

Hotel gate was closed for car to drive in when we arrived at 6pm. We had to park outside on the street and walked into hotel to ask them open the gate for us. There was only one staff doing check-in, we waited very long. It took us more than 30 minutes from parking to get the room key. Room is very clean. Shower is leaking. Water was all over the bathroom floor after 10 minutes’ shower.

Great hotel, excellent service, wonderful area, fantastic breakfasts and breathtaking views. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

check in very unpolite and nobody to escort you to the room; missing valet service. bathroom super old with some broken pieces; towels very old and smelling bad; bed very uncomfortable with the two single mattress opening and missing topper. Overall not a 5 star, only the building is nice.
