We came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. I have a disability so asked for a accessible room. Well all i can say is wow!! The room was very big, with a full wet room with slip mats, plenty of towels with shampoo conditioner and shower gel, (which wasn't the cheap stuff) a fridge microwave sink coffee machine kettle were all in our room but cleverly hidden in what looked like wardrobes. Staff were outstanding in every way. We arrived with a card and chocolates on our table wishing my sister a happy birthday, Monday to Thursday they have an hour of free win or soft drinks in reception. The hotel was spotless lifts working at all times, we were close enough to all the bars and shops yet didn't hear any noise when in our room resting. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I'm honest Liverpool itself what a lovely lovely city!!! Will absolutely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

The room is big and clean, and even a microwave oven is provided. The location is great too, it is close to the big mall Liverpool One and takes only 15 mins walk to the dock where has many attractions.

Very industrial style, lovely staff, friendly vibe. We would recommend it. It locates in Liverpool soho area, please be aware it would be busy at night if you decide to stay in the weekend.

Very good hotel at the central Liverpool, but the room is a bit small

It's just in the city centre, with a lot of bars and quite convenient.

The staff was amazing. Location and everything is good. The staff had suggestions of places to visit, eat, etc. They also did happy hours at least twice while I was there (4 nights). They also allowed me to checked-in earlier since the room was already clean. I would recommended 100.

Everything so well thought throughout, again this chain is my favourite in Liverpool, great prices, friendly and well trained staff, great decor and spacious rooms, super comfy beds and amazing location!

Overall great experience with this hotel. Receptionist was friendly to help call for taxi and guide us the direction to town.

英國亞朵？比亞朵少了牙刷、瓶裝水、拖鞋……房間有咖啡機，比較小，英國嘛……就可以理解了。現在是春假，價格偏貴，不知道平日價格如何。

清潔感があり、アメニティや設備が充実していました。 電子レンジや電気ケトルが常設されているイギリスのホテルは初めてでした。 ホテルマンの対応もとてもよく、僕が原因の電気系統のトラブルの際も即座に対応していただきました。コーヒーや紅茶もサービスしていただきました。 リバプールへ訪れる方は、このホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。 Thank you ! Yusuke Seki

酒店位置十分方便去二個火車站，景點，商店和飯店，房間乾淨整潔，有熱水壺，微波爐，有小廚房和冰箱，像公寓式酒店，我住的是頂樓，閣樓式很是喜歡，推薦給喜歡旅行的朋友們！

가격대비 호텔이 정말 괜찮아서 놀랬습니다 편하게 잘 쉬다갔습니다 일정이 괜찮으면 쭉 머물고 싶었습니다 한가지 아쉬운점은 창문이 있지만 열 수는 없습니다
