It was a very adventurous experience when we checked in on the late evening. There are some complicated steps for the check-in process that we only found out after an hour. We need to go to another main hotel to do the check-in, then park our car in another building. Then, walk another 5 minutes to the place that we booked. Luckily, the room we booked is spacious and clean. There is a nice Italian restaurant near the hotel!

Nothing like the photos they share on fb. Dinning chairs were ripped, L shaped settee/bed was extremely worn and very uncomfortable and dirty old marks, one side of arm rest was coming away from the settee. Towels and bedding had old stains. Did complain because they ask for a deposit before they release any details of how to enter property. I took videos on day of arrival and on day of departure. Could not talk to a real person they instisted that I get in touch through WhatsApp, of which I had reply apologising for my experience but no actual person came to investigate. I am appalled at this kind of service, to call this place home from home I think sleeping on the street would’ve been a better experience Now I’m waiting for my deposit to be refunded and to be honest I should be getting compensation because you just could not sit on their settee. Don’t let the photos fool you

It's a bad review we payed a lot for the room on *********** Frist they say luxury apartments.but not luxury at all furniture old dated sofa bed living room. fag burns n marks on sofa radiator hanging off the wall dinning table ok out of date chairs to sit on table chairs U will find around dinning table TV don't work with WiFi far to slow to hook up to Netflix unless U like watching a blank screen WiFi poor connect you to the Wi-Fi box but then we'll not provide internet for you. bathroom tiles broken on the floor bathtub plug not working after five attempts of trying to fill the bath the water just run away shower only gd thing about toilet cracks in paint work n sealing around bath n shower pealling way Bed room bed soft pillows soft Intercom at door don't work ring apartment no ring in apartment unless U rember the code every time or Ur stuffed locked out only ppl U see is cleaners n other guest No staff to help with inquiry U may have
