"First, the positives: The hotel's public areas are truly stunning; the lobby's water feature is grand, and the breakfast offers a rich variety, covering almost all of Lishui's local specialties, which is fantastic! Also, when I called the front desk around 11 PM to ask if I could get a different pillow, their response was incredibly quick. An attendant brought a new pillow within 10 minutes – much appreciated! Now, for the negatives: The most glaring issue with this place is its terrible soundproofing. I specifically requested a high-floor, quiet room away from the elevators when booking, and reiterated this during check-in. However, despite being given a room on the 26th floor (the highest), none of my other requests were met. I was given the very first room right next to the elevator lobby. Even more amusing, the room next door was a 'Baoting' room, and a woman started screaming 'ah ah ah ah...' at 6 AM. It's not like the hotel was full either; we visited during a very quiet off-season, so they definitely could have spaced guests out. Another point: When checking in, I happened to arrive when a large group of about 20 people was checking in. Both front desk staff members were busy with the group and completely ignored individual guests. We were only attended to after insisting on using the member priority lane. The experience was really poor. For one of the best hotels in the area, it's surprising that they don't have a better system for handling both group and individual check-ins simultaneously."

"I decided to go to Lishui, Zhejiang Province on a whim this season. I stayed at Huaqiao Junlan Hotel. The hotel is doing very well. When we went there, it was almost full. Fortunately, we booked it in advance on Ctrip. The room is quite nice and the facilities are quite complete. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast buffet is not bad, but there are a lot of people. The waitress who cooked rice noodles and wontons was nice and orderly. There was also a sesame cake next to it, which was said to be a local specialty, haha~"

"The room was booked through Ctrip and the experience was extremely poor. Two important points should be mentioned: 1) When I checked in that day, the front desk told me that the business king room I booked was only available on the ground floor. After I checked the room with the cleaning lady, I found that it was not suitable. On the one hand, the restaurant might be close to that room. Probably because of the smell of restaurant food in the corridor, so I communicated with the front desk later to see if I could change to a room upstairs. The front desk said that this was the only room I had booked for the business king bed room. After communicating for about 3 minutes, , the leader probably came over, and after understanding my needs, he told the front desk that I could change to a room on the second floor. After I checked in, I hurried out for dinner. When I came back after 10 o'clock, the more I looked at the room, the more I felt it was a little different. First, it was too small. Second, the layout and furnishings of the room were different from the business king bed I had booked. The rooms were completely different. I later checked on Ctrip and found that they were really different rooms. The hotel gave me a Yaju double bed room, and the room sizes were also very different. Later, I went downstairs to the front desk and asked to change to the business king room I had booked. After a long negotiation, the front desk called her manager, and the hotel manager agreed to refund me the price difference of 80 yuan (in cash). I ordered a business king room. The price per night is 593 yuan. Later, I was asked to cancel the room for the next day on Ctrip (because I booked it for 2 nights), and the front desk helped ** check out. The reason was that I changed my itinerary or something, and it was not the hotel's problem anyway. 2) It was breakfast the next day. I was queuing up in front of the freshly cooked wonton stall. I waited for a long time before it was my turn. There were two of us, so we ordered two portions. I got one first and another one at the table. Cooking, so I was still waiting in front. During this process, a person came next to me. I must know the aunt who cooked the wontons. They were chatting (in Lishui dialect, I couldn’t understand). I thought it was just another tenant. Waiting. When the second bowl was ready, the aunt directly gave it to the person who came from behind. I told him that I was in front of the queue, and the aunt told me that he was in a hurry. I didn’t understand what “urgent” meant. Not everyone queues up to get it. It’s wontons! Later, the man said that his car was parked on the side of the road, and I realized that this man was not a guest of the hotel, but maybe an acquaintance, friend, or even my aunt's family. It was these two things that made my experience very poor. I felt like we were being treated as ***. Although I had booked a business king room, I was given an elegant king room during check-in. If I had not discovered the difference, I would not have been refunded. Gave it to me."
