Was not happy with their service for being a 5 star hotel. Lots of miscommunication and mistakes. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend/family.

The rooftop pool is excellent, with a nice view of the city and ocean and friendly and helpful staff. It's open 24 hours which is a big bonus! Breakfast was delicious and the egg custard tarts were too good and added a few cm to my waist.

Good stay. 2minutes walk from blue metro line. Polite staff welcomes you and help with any tips for the city. Room have coffee machine and kettle. Swimming pool and good city view at the 13th floor hotel roof. Breakfast also amazing selection.

標準五星酒店，服務很到位。頂層有無邊泳池，景觀很好，早上拍日出一流。底二層早餐區很大，內容也豐富，大廳邊有很不錯的意大利餐廳。

自由大道旁，入住沒有碰到什麼大問題。各方面毋庸置疑的五星級水準。設施很豐富。 不足：地下樓層有泳池，導致電梯裏經常有圍了一身浴巾的住客，導致經常有一股子消毒水蒸發的味道。

服務很熱情，從前台到早餐，都是笑臉相迎。水免費喝，喝完可以打電話讓前台送，這點在歐洲來説很不錯。位置也還不錯，走下去不遠就是自由大道。沒有嘗試公共交通所以不太清楚，但可以打bolt，會比taxi便宜一些。
