Great hotel, value for money, good restaurant and bar , definitely staying again later this year

Actually this hotel was just soso, and I didn’t recommend to live in this hotel, but it was convenient to go to the airport

Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

Booked to stay the night before a flight. Room ok but not the cleanest room only had one towel for two guests? Evening meal was very poor quality and quit expensive. Breakfast is excellent. Parking not included in room price. Staff prier you to use auto booking terminals. Hotel is noisy.

Fantastic, friendly staff! Needed to stay here ahead of an early holiday flight. Clean and comfortable room, but the added surprise bonus was the great meal at dinner and the great staff. Sharon especially was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

I spent the evening at Thyme with my dad and brother after a 5 hour drive from Scotland before our trip to Munich for Octoberfest ! Great environment and food. Staff were all lovely especially Sharen, she was very welcoming and lovely. Thank you for a memorable evening here at Manchester!

Always a pleasure to stay here and we do, before an early morning flight. Menu for the evening meal could do with updating but a shout out to waitress SHARON who, although always busy, always has a smile on her face and a moment to spare for a chat and a laugh!

Room was ok for an overnight stay nothing special but was clean. 3 starts given due to me ringing up for advice on car parking charge and having phone put down on me . I have been charged £57 for not paying for parking. Which was £12. When I rang up to ask if they was anything I could do. Was told it's on signs in reception and phone put down. Rude and unprofessional

Stayed one night 21st Sept 2024, before my flight the next day. Booked online, ( including breakfast), paid on arrival. Was not aware of carparking charge until I arrived, but still, no bother. Room (504) is of great size, got everything you need except didn't see an iron. Free WiFi connection always a bonus. Booked in for dinner at 7pm. Restaurant was busy, but still served with efficiency. My server was Sharon, allowed me the meal deal as I hadn't booked in dinner on original purchase. Thanks Sharon. Food was of excellent quality, thanks chef. Retired to my room, and although next to the airport, you hardly heard the noise from the airfield. Went down for breakfast next morning at 9am, again Restaurant very busy. Not sure why kitchen wasn't ready, but I was asked to wait 15/20 to get hot food. Went back to my room, had a shower, hotel please note, water all over the floor as shower curtain to small, my apologies to the cleaner/ housekeeping. Departed my room at 11:30am, the very last thing you do is pay for carparking in the hotel before leaving. All in all, a good stay, set up ready for the next day/flight, Thank you to the team at Premier Inn.

Stopped here for a few years now - prefer North Premier Inn to the South one! Had the best and very friendly restaurant service from Sharon. Enjoyed our meal in a relaxed and clean atmosphere. The chocolate sundae was delicious! Great start to our holiday! Sorry no room in the suitcase - lol!

Great value for the money. Friendly staff when needed, very comfortable bed, room had everything needed.
