This place has everything, what is needed for a perfect city break. The location is superb, the apartment feels like home, and Anna is such a welcoming, lovely person 🙂 We've booked the smaller apartment (2 adults + 2 kids), so the kids slept on the sofa bed. The size of the apartment is generous and the place is spotless clean. The kitchen has all equipment and even more. We had a fab time, it we felt like home. Thank you for our fabulous New Year present it is utterly gorgeous ❤️ I'd highly recommend this accommodation 👌

A great location to base ourselves to enjoy Lisbon. Comfortable, clean and very pretty accommodations. Three of us girls enjoyed our Girls Trip staying here. Centrally located to good restaurants and near the waterfront. The apartment was big, and had amenities to wash our clothes. However, Be prepared to take awhile to dry clothes. It was just different than we know. The elevator was good too.

We had a one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with a balcony and a view of the church. The location is excellent in Baixa District, no climbs, everything is flat, close to the central tourist and best part of the city with shops and restaurants, walking distance to Commerce Plaza and the sea. Below the hotel there is a lovely breakfast cafe that opens at 8am. The apartment has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and two good sized rooms. Comfortable beds and no noise, except for the church bell, which told us - Good morning, time for an excursion, sleepyheads!! Elevator, WI- Fi and AC worked well. There are wonderful ladies at the reception who helped me figure out where the nearest grocery store is, very close!! We felt at home!!

Great service, immaculate appartment, very central. Despite the construction site right in front of the window (the windows are high quality, you practically do not hear anything), this was just a marvellous experience.

We always stay at Montebelo Lisbon Downtown Apartments whenever we go. It is our "home" in Lisbon. Sandrina the hotel manager always takes good care of us, ensuring that our apartment room is clean and properly stocked. She even gave us a room with a balcony on the 5th level this time. The apartment location is the best, as everything is within walking distance of the tourist spots and the best places to eat in Lisbon.

We stayed in Montebelo Downton Apartments for 5 days. It granted my friend and me a marvellous experience! Located right in the heart of Lisboa, both a 100m by foot from the seaside and the metro station, wonderfully decorated and arranged apartments, extraordinarily clean (and I say this as a notorious „tidy-up-fanatic“) with a friendly staff and a very warm-hearted, professional manager. You got everything you need for cooking and washing your clothes, a silent air conditioning and reaally comfortable beds! We’ll definitely come back!

Comfortable size rooms and great service. The in room amenities were great with full kitchen supplies and very handy having an in room washing machine, especially in the middle of a longer Europe trip. The location was central and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Great location and more than enough space for 2 people. Great amenities and friendly check-in. New and clean renovations . Housekeeping inconsistent (1st two days were great, 3rd day was limited - didn’t make the bed, etc.) otherwise a nice stay.

Booked this apartment at the last minute since we had security concerns with our former hotel We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. wow! superb stay! they gave us a bottle of wine as well as other perks. 5out of 5- complete appliances- washing machine with matching liquid detergent, big ref, 3 aircon units, 1 big smart tv with so many channels in English, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee pods with plenty pods and tea bags, oven and stoves, iron, hairdryer. 4out of 5- amenities, one time supply of shaving kit, qtips, lotion ( so sweetsmelling) and slippers for 4. tissue they replenish everyday and they clean your apartment daily and they replenish the coffee capsules as well as the tea. they also refill the washing detergents, and if you need more soap, you can just ask the cleaning lady. she is also so nice. Martha is her name, I think. 5 out of 5- reception- helpful and always there to help you with your concerns if any. 5 out 5- accommodation- beds, dining and living areas. 5 out 5- location, near zara and the port. its really centrally located. about 3 min walk to the elevador. all walking distance. if you are going on a cruise, the port is 15 mins by walk. if you are travelling light, just go to the sea and you will see it on the left side. hop on hop off is just 1 and 1/2 blocks away. old tram is 1 block away! they also have a coffee shop beside the apartment where they serve delicious savory crepes and sangria. Highly recommended if you are staying in Lisbon.

The apartment was AMAZING! It was very spacious with a fab communal area and good sized bedrooms. The design was lovely and we felt right at home! The location was perfect and very close to key sights and wonderful restaurants and cafés. The manager was lovely and had an excellent sense of humour - he also provided lots of recommendations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A two minute walk from Rossio station and walking distance from pretty much anywhere in town, these modern apartments are amazing. Careful thought has gone into the facilities- free coffee machine and pods, free washing machine liquid, a half bottle of wine in arrival, aircon, a lit cupboard with safe, slippers etc. Duarte is beyond helpful and nothing is too much trouble. One block away you can take the lifts to the castle, downstairs is a great place for brunch or artisan ice cream. Despite the central and main road location, surprisingly quiet at night. Just a fab place to stay for a Lisbon visit.

A beautifully modern and clean apartment in a perfect location! We had a wonderful weekend watching our son run in the Lisbon Marathon; we were warmly greeted by staff who spoke perfect English and gave us recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back for another visit!
