Ulasan Hotel Duas Nações

the place is terrible, avoustic is bad, it's so noisy in the night, can hear people walking and yelling at the vicinity, even in the room, you can hear people walking around because of the thin wall and door. It was a dreadful experience. Room is utterly allow 1 person to stay. Not worth such cost and it can't be considered as hotel, it's merely a hostel.

Excellent location right at the city centre so shops and restaurants are all nearby, which is ideal!

This is not a quality hotel, but it is in a great location and if you understand something about the rooms you might find it ok. We booked a superior double room and firstly it is not a double bed. The hotel told me they do not have double beds in these rooms, they are all singles pushed together. Secondly there definition of ‘superior’ is that the rooms have been recently decorated and are superior to what they used to be. The reality is that they extremely small rooms, a hanging space either side of the bed with 3 hangers, no wardrobe and no drawer space whatsoever. I think for 1 night this is manageable. Beware some sites show this room with sofas and wardrobe’s- they do not exist as a double room. These are triple rooms and these rooms are more spacious and have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Not all have sofas! I found all this out on a recent stay. I booked a superior double and the hotel moved me to a larger triple room. So good customer service. But in peak season I might have been stuck!

He realizado una reserva a través de su plataforma en el hotel Duas Nações de Lisboa, pero al llegar, encontré varios problemas con la habitación asignada. En primer lugar, destacar que la habitación no coincide con lo descrito en la web, ni con ninguna de las imágenes de las habitaciones proporcionadas. A continuación, detallo los inconvenientes: 1. La habitación es un altillo y la mitad del espacio es prácticamente inhabitable. 2. El baño tiene un techo inclinado, lo que hace difícil su uso para hacer las necesidades básicas! 3. La única ventana de la habitación es MUY PEQUEÑA y no permite la ventilación de la habitación ni la entrada de luz natural. 4. No hay agua caliente en la habitación. Y la respuesta proporcionada por el hotel es que en la planta 5 el agua caliente “llega justa”. He redactado una reclamación formal en el hotel dadas las circunstancias. Además, destacar que el trato por parte de las encargadas del hotel fue nefasto. Muy antipáticas y encima vacilaban. Muy decepcionados. No repetiríamos nunca.

這個價錢真的不能要求太多了！位置算不錯，只是門前不能停車。有升降機運行李，也有存放行李服務，但沒有洗衣機設施。房間略少還可以，但沐浴間真的好窄，不敢想像高壯的人如何使用。自助早餐總可以吃飽，只要職員準時開餐便好。（路過餐廳沒人時拍下，還不錯吧！）

地段非常好，出門走路幾分鐘就是景點，衹是有點噪

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Muy limpio. Personal muy amable. Recomendable.

酒店的位置十分的方便，樓下就是商業街，但是晚上不會吵。 提前到了酒店，先把行李寄存了，行李存放的地方在一個階梯中間，存放有點麻煩。 晚上辦理入住，是頂樓的房間，但是電梯也壞了，前台小哥幫忙把行李搬到了五樓非常的辛苦，但是第二天只能自己搬下來，希望電梯能盡快修好。 頂樓的房間是個斜頂，稍微需要彎腰不然會碰到頭。 整體還是比較乾淨的。
