"Staff service is very good they communicate very well with guest. The room and toilet is clean but when you take to shower the water over flows to the toilet, making the toilet wet. Bidet handle is detached/ moving not stable, cobwebs in every corners ,the secret garden pool full of fallen leaves looking very unpleasant to swim in I get disappointed by little things i’m sorry but little things matters. I hope they will improve their service next time we vist"

"It was a great stay! Friendly staff. Food is great especially the rice bowls! However, some of their food specifically the mushroom and chicken pasta is a bit pricey for its serving. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti and di masyadong malasa but our overall stay was good. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!"

The room was relatively clean but extremely strong smell of fabric softener (carcinogen). Very dark and not holiday feel. The location is nice but I guess it’s about time to do something to increase the joy of being in this place, room rate was not value for money."
