Don't I know the room layout? They're just trying to save themselves trouble, giving me the runaround, and unwilling to change my room. I asked if I could get a refund. When I tried to book another hotel, they said I couldn't get a refund since I'd already checked in. I also mentioned the broken light in my room, but the front desk just brushed me off and wouldn't fix it. Most importantly, there were unknown liquid stains and oil stains on the bed sheets. I used to really like their service and environment, but now not only has the service deteriorated, but the environment is even worse. I will never consider staying at their hotel again."

"This hotel is located diagonally across from the Linzhou Bus Terminal and is absolutely flawless. Buses to the Taihang Grand Canyon and Hongqi Gorge depart from the terminal, making for an economical trip. There is a hot pot buffet in the building next to the hotel that is suitable for solo diners; it is inexpensive (34 yuan if you choose the white broth) and delicious, so I went there for dinner two days in a row. I highly recommend this place to others."
