Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, BWI Airport (Baltimore), MD

Saya tiba di BWI sekitar pukul 11:40 malam dan bergegas menelepon shuttle dari hotel karena mereka memberi tahu saya sebelumnya bahwa jika saya tidak menelepon pada tengah malam, saya akan sendirian untuk mendapatkan tumpangan ke hotel. Saya stres karena ini adalah pertama kalinya saya bepergian sendirian. Saya menelepon mereka di 11:50 wah!! tapi banyak waktu sebelum pukul 12:00. Jadi saya pikir, pertama mereka menahan saya... kemudian menutup telepon, panggilan berikutnya... Tidak ada jawaban dan menutup telepon. Sekarang aku spazzing. Akhirnya shuttle akan tiba dalam ...15-20 menit yahhh?? jadi di sana saya berdiri sendirian di tengah malam sendirian (wanita berusia 55 tahun) setengah jam berlalu... Saya menelepon hotel lagi dan tidak mudah bagi seseorang untuk menjawab. Oh pesawat ulang-alik sudah penuh saya diberitahu sehingga mereka harus mengirim yang lain, BENAR-BENAR jadi 15 menit lagi tidak ada pesawat ulang-alik, setengah jam kemudian, saya melihat pesawat ulang-alik, ini dia .... dan terbang tepat di samping saya saat saya berteriak BERHENTI!! sekitar dia pergi, 10 menit kemudian dia akhirnya di sini pada 01:15 dan kemudian mengatakan dia sudah ada. mereka memberitahunya PINTU 15 aku bilang aku ada di LOKASI 15. Gila bahkan sebelum saya sampai ke hotel, sekali di sana.. pendingin penuh soda untuk membeli dan tidak satu soda DIET..Saya akan tidur. Tidak ada selimut? hanya seprai saya kedinginan jadi saya pergi ke meja depan untuk meminta selimut, Maaf mereka terkunci, ini beberapa seprai lagi. Dalam semua keadilan mereka tampak sangat kekurangan staf. dan kamarnya bersih tapi tidak sepadan dengan harganya

I do not know where to begin. It was the worst experience I ever had as a customer who is just looking to check into a hotel that I have booked. First, I arrived at the hotel around 7 PM EST. There I went to the front desk where I was supposed to check in without any problem. Instead, lady in the front desk told me that my reservation was cancelled due to my card being declined. But also that they do not have any more rooms left? Are you kidding? Let me tell you this. I have never received any notification from Trip app nor got any email about issue with card. And when I checked my bank account it literally shows that purchase was not pending but completed. I work at a credit card agency so I should know this better. When I showed the lady in the front that my card was charged with no issue and never refunded or declined she decides to call someone and comes back saying she DOES have a room? Like how does this make sense? So they magically make rooms be available? I have a gut feeling that she was being racist against us (Asian) thinking that as travellers we can't speak English well and does not know alot of how things are like in US. Hey guess what? I've been living in the US for more than 17 years haha. That was the worst experience of my life hope no one else gets treated this way.

Amazing experience, very clean and perfect hotel for anyone. The front desk people were amazing and very helpful!

We chose the property by its location, shuttle service to BWI, and positive experiences at other Radisson properties. Radisson properties have nice furnishings and finishes that are welcoming and clean. The service from the Front Desk was superlative! When faced with a late-arriving shuttle driver and 6 traveling patrons who had early flights to catch, the manager was courteous, friendly, and reassuring. She made a point of contacting the driver when it seemed he should truly have already arrived. She never shared the issue-- to uphold the driver's credibility, but all was quickly resolved, and all arrived at the airport in good time. We tipped the driver ($40 total) so that he could truly know his service was appreciated, needed, and valued even when early calls affect his lifestyle, cost him gas, etc., to be there!

It was a very nice, clean, and aesthetic hotel with great rooms and comfortable beds. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lori and Kimberlee (not sure if I spelled their names correctly). The hot breakfast was very good, and it was fun to meet lively and friendly people at breakfast.

Great costumer service. Rooms could be more upgraded but still comfortable. Great shuttle service to and from airport. Great breakfast options as well.

Booked 2 queens and they did not have it available. Did give us a king suite but they couldn’t find a blanket for the sofa bed. Fan was also broken on heating system.

Comfortable, reasonably priced, excellent shuttle to and from airport. Breakfast was OK, nothing special but it did have hot options.

Quick over night to catch flight in am. Staff was friendly & clean. Convenient that Chili's is next door & walkable.
