Ulasan Vaperse Hainan Clear Water Bay

Vaperse is a locally styled family friendly hotel. It comes with a splash park, a small water park with moderately exciting slides, as well as an indoor soft play room. The rooms are well appointed though the decor is quite loud and flamboyant. The ice bar at the lobby comes with decently priced drinks and live music in the evening. I would recommend this hotel for families with children.

Very very good hotel, one of the bast in Sanya. Second year we stay there , very good service. Good beach. Breakfast is ok. Dinner one of the best and good price!

Our stay was absolute joy! The staff, rooms, restaurant, facilities, pools were all superb. I've never stayed at a hotel with friendlier, more helpful staff. Everyone from the cleaners to the reception staff would greet you with a polite "你好". Friendly staff make a huge difference!! I want to mention the Room Manager Aya who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My family and I would 100% go back. Thank you everyone at Vaperse for the wonderful experience!

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay. Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would "block the hotel’s feng shui" as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel. Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel with lots of good facilities really suitable for travel with kids. But seems like designated for local travellers not foreigners.

This hotel is very big - suitable for family. My kid loves the pool and the indoor playground. The staff is very friendly. Our check in staff Eva was very helpful throughout our stay. A couple things: if you are looking for an American resort, this isn’t your place. It’s full of local people. Also there is some renovations going on currently.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of activities for children, indoor playground was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. We had a wonderful stay in Vaperse!

The hotel is gorgeous 👍 I will come again. I was passing through, it was my first choice! I really liked the service! The hotel itself is just great and the rooms! The child did not leave the water park and neither did he! There were only Chinese there, there were no Europeans or Russians at all. We stayed for three nights. You can walk nearby or take a taxi for 12 yuan. There are many restaurants. I recommend it 100%

Stayed for 2 days, the first day was the Supreme Sea View King Room, the second day was the upgraded Pool Sea View King Room, very satisfied The day before check-in, the hotel contacted me and added the housekeeper Xiao Wang's WeChat. The housekeeper thoughtfully prepared children's pajamas, children's toothbrush, and swimming armbands for the children. The service was very thoughtful; and provided hotel dining, parent-child play time and location information guide. If there are any questions, the housekeeper responded promptly and was very thoughtful On the first day, the experience class children's playground, children's water fortress and main swimming pool, the children had a lot of fun, dinner had a coconut chicken buffet, the taste was very good; the breakfast buffet was also rich and tasted good. On the second day, the upgraded pool sea view king room was great, and the duty manager who assisted in the room upgrade also prepared a swimming ring for the children, which was very thoughtful. I went to the rooftop infinity pool at night until 10 o'clock, which was very refreshing. The next day I went to the Children's Water World, which was also very good. The housekeeper Xiao Wang arranged a 2-hour delay in check-out. Lunch was eaten in the room, and it was very comfortable to eat with the sea breeze. I would also like to thank the front desk for sending my valuables to the room in time. It was great. Our whole family was very satisfied with this hotel trip!

Many places are very magnificent when you take a casual photo. The third is that the sand on the beach next to the hotel is very fine and comfortable to step on. There are also many recreational projects, which is a good experience. But the biggest dissatisfaction with this hotel comes from this beach. This beach is a public area. I stayed in a hotel in Sanya before, and the beach next to it was managed by the hotel. I feel that the difference is quite large. First of all, there are no beach chairs, and there are a few small stools. The merchant also charges more than 100 yuan for a seat fee. There are also discounts for recreational projects given by the hotel, but these merchants do not recognize it. There is also ordering, not to mention, it is super slow, and the quality of things is not good. The fourth is the public swimming pool, which was originally good. Those floating objects and toys were originally toys to win favor. But there were too many problems with the third party, and it was impossible to rent or return it, which affected the experience. Fourth, the follow-up shooting. Apart from the fact that their arrangement was a bit casual, I was quite satisfied with the filming effect. If I have to say what I am really dissatisfied with, it seems that it is really related to the third party. If possible, I hope the hotel can communicate more with the third party!

The pool room is very good, with direct access to the water, close to the children's water world, swimming pool and beach, with many types of play. The sand on the beach is really fine. The housekeeper Yori Xiaoyan also made proper arrangements and sent fruits. Good experience
