This time the cleanliness of the service houses was poor, stuck chewing gum on the walls of the shower over several days, when you enter the campsite in the evening it is pitch black, all the bulbs in the floodlights by the booms are out. Looks unwelcoming. In one toilet, the light flickered for several days without the bulb being changed. We got stuck with the motorhome on the grass as it was wet, at the reception they say you can fend for yourself instead of being accommodating to make suggestions. The employee is on the phone at the same time as serving customers, and goes into the back room in the middle of the payment and continues the conversation when customers are at the reception. I think everyone wants it to work, but probably miss a manager who takes some control down there. In the one service point where gray water is emptied and the mobile home toilet is emptied, paper was not refilled for the last 4 days, nor was it cleaned here. We have been to several first camp sites where the facilities are spotless, and most of them are great for families and couples.
