Good hotel in convenient location

It’s been an amazing holiday. Everything was amazing, I always found something to eat even though I’m a picky eater and the beds were so lovely. Staff were brilliant too. Thank you

After looking forward to this holiday to arriving, firstly to be hit with the tourist tax, 5* hotel defo only for the tax, this hotel is not a 5*, although the the hotel was clean we felt this was the only positive. No entertainment not enough sunbeds, food not the greatest, drinks rubbish, we expected alot more from a 5*/4* hotel. Beach was in walking distance so this was positive, a great escape from the hotel. I would say this hotel is a 3* at best. Being a non smoker the fact people where smoking anywhere was just off putting, especially when lighting up near my child. If you think you are going to get luxury, your not you getting a Premier Inn in the sun.

Great hotel, highly recommend! The food is delicious and fresh, there is a lot of vegetarian options which was a nice suprise. The staff is very nice. The rooms are pretty and clean. The beach is very close. Amazing experiance. Staying here was the right choice.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel def not a 5 star maybe a 3 at a push . Been to Crete many times and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Hardly any sun beds and most are broken the manager really miserable never spoke one to me and my husband in 2 weeks when we said morning to him The staff are rude and not friendly at all you’ve barely finished your food and they take your plate away made to feel uncomfortable . So we decided to eat out more the food is ok like most all inclusive hotels the drinks poor no good cocktails and week measure in spirits . The rooms are clean that’s the only good thing about this hotel I def woudnt stay or recommend this hotel I would say avoid many more really nice hotels in hersonisos. We met some nice people that’s what made this holiday . STAY AWAY from Lorraine and Dave from York

We were very pleased with our stay at Hersonissos Palace. Starting with the very friendly service, both at the reception desk, at the three bars, in the restaurant, and at the housekeeping desk. The food was delicious and there was a wide selection. The rooms were well-maintained and cleaned daily. The beach is literally a minute away, and there's a hotel bar right next door, which is great. Everything is close by, and there are plenty of attractions nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend it. We send our regards to all the staff, they do a fantastic job. And thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Just returned having spent 11 nights here. This is most definitely not a 5* hotel. The majority of the staff were very rude. In the restaurant there is very limited options. It’s ok if you like fish, veal or pork. However, the desserts are amazing! Regularly the manager comes around with a free bottle wine & the QR code suggesting you give a good review! There are 2 pools. The 2nd pool is round the back & is poorly maintained. For a hotel of 167 rooms, there is not enough sunbeds. At the 2nd pool despite having lots of space there is only 28 sunbeds. The pool bar opens intermittently & then the staff have to regularly close to get more ice. Surely, getting a freezer would be a good idea! On a positive, the rooms are lovely & clean and the beds comfortable. I can only think the 5* rating is influenced by the tax. Would I return? Unfortunately not.

The food is fantastic, something new every day, everyone will find something for themselves. The restaurant manager takes care of everyone and keeps things tidy. Amazing cuisine, fantastic drinks!!! What more could you want? If I'm in Greece again, I'll definitely come here again I recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hersonissos palace was a lovely place to stay. Our room was standard. It was clean with a lovely shower. Maids worked very hard and cleaned our room every day. Hersonissos palace is rated a 5 star but we felt it was more a 3 star only because the hotel needs to be updated and in its mantainance up keep. We payed 5 star tourist tax so was a little disappointed only in this area. Food was amazing a selection for everyone including our daughter who is vegetarian. Quality of food was outstanding. Staff very friendly. Location was absolutely brilliant so lovely to sit by the beach in hersonissos palace beach know bar. Harbour 5 minutes away with bars shops and tourist information with lots of different excursions and experiences available. We had such an amazing time we would definitely go back.

Nice rooms , loved the quiet pool with the little bar. Know bar burger restaurant top taste. Been there been happy again. Till next time!

In hotel is vrty good food. Hotel habe the best all inclusivr beach bar, only one problem os that chef od restavration is unfriendly. Tomos are clean and the best is that every day you have new clean towels. Hotel have very good deck chair behind beach bar.

The food was really good, there was different food every day and it tasted so good. The people here are also really nice. Good service

So the good parts first: The hotel has a great location, very close to the beach. The staff is lovely and the room are clean. The cocktails are nothing fancy but strong. The bad part The food is awful, in 4 days I had very greasy pastry and uncooked rice. They also have the great talent to burn the outside of the meat but the inside is uncooked and it is very blend. We even tried the Know Bar food and honestly I could do better at home. The only thing which was good was the Asian food at dinner. The entertainment is more geared towards older generations I think. Had a poor girl who was trying to be some Temu Lady Gaga
